This is Sonoras oldest and most excellent grocery store. Its a little smaller than the newer ones but its the friendliest and most caring. If 3 people are in line another checker is called immediately. If they need two or more instead of one they never hesitate call them up front. Try that at WalMart or Safeway (good luck)! Joe is the best but all the workers rock with old school service and pride.

It is really great having a full service supermarket downtown. It is not too huge. It is nice to be able to get in and out quickly but still be able to find everything you need.

The man in the meat department was so helpful. He suggested ways to prepare the meat, even suggested a good wine. He said he used to be a sous chef.
