So I called the bakery had an order out in the lady on the phone Debbie was wonderful however when I came to pick it up the girl working was very snooty and I watched her take my order form over to the decorator and started talking horrible about Debbie the lady that took my order not sure what the problem was everything with my order was fine. However the dark headed young lady and the decorator that had blonde curly short hair was very unprofessional and should not ever talk horrible about other employees. If she worked for me either one of those girls they would wrote up. Just upset me that they think its ok to talk horrible about other employee Debbie did a good job taken the order and doesnt deserve that.

One of the rudest things you can do to someone is act like you didnt hear what they asked. I asked the lady over the counter to put paper inside the plastic. She just gave me paper. WTF? The freaking bag broke on my way home. I dropped my donuts (that were not taped shut) almost lost them. The paper bag ripped again trying to haul it upstairs. Almost lost all my groceries because they didnt listen to what I asked. Paper inside plastic is more durable. Thanks for NOT listening.

Ive been shopping for years at Rosauers. I find that for the most part the clerks are much friendlier and often more helpful. 2 years ago I broke my arm and it was the only store that always offered to carry my groceries out. Even when I had one tiny little bag they offered to carry it out. Also when my mother was very ill and I had trouble getting to the store I used the delivery service. I have recommended that to many people. It was a great help.

Went to the pharmacy today... The staff was super friendly and extra helpful. I was in and out quickly, they had what I needed, and even paying cash it was affordable. The pharmacist was friendly and knowledgeable. The store was clean and had a great selection of natural medicines as well. I was very happy with my experience there, and would recommend Rosauers to anyone who likes to support local Spokane business.

Best cake ever! Melissa in the bakery department at the Valley Rosauers made our three-tiered chocolate wedding cake with buttercream frosting. It was delicious, especially the strawberry filling. We loved the design, and Melissa did a wonderful job adding the custom details in the specific colors we requested. The cake was as beautiful as it was delicious!

Rosauers provides excellent service to every patient that comes through the door. The technicians and pharmacists are like a family, and the pharmacy runs like a family-owned business. Pharmacy takes most insurance plans, has a drive through, and provides other services such as vaccinations and online refill requests.

Absolutely the best! The meat and produce are the best quality anywhere and the people are the most friendly and helpful of any Supermarket I have ever visited I I highly recommend Rosauers when they have sales they are fantastic they can be a little pricey on some things but you truly get what you pay for

Went here for my first time ever yesterday! Seems to have some decent pricing. 3 or 4 aisles are dedicated to organic item. (not sure if that means they are also non GMO though) lines were a bit long when I checked out, but moved pretty quickly.

Today the deli salad was delicious as usual, but todays worker went out of her way to cram more than a lb into the pint container. So the $5.79 or less I planned to spend was $6.77. I feel she intentionally padded the sale, so I feel ripped off.

I think Rosauers, along with Fred Meyer and Yokes, are one of the best grocery stores in town. I will say Win-Co is not bad either. But, when it comes to having organic foods, fresh items and more hard to find items, this place.

Its clean and has a large variety of goods. There is a great coffee bar with lots of goodies. Its very clean and comfortably lit. The only reason I have it 4 stars is that it is a bit pricey, but not terribly so.

Very expensive and after a hard messy day at work, very insulting to have employees follow you around the store; only to rudly stammer a poor excuse to try and cover the fact they think you are shoplifting.

The meat and Deli counter are great here. Also you get a 5 cent rebate for bring your own bag here. Some of the items are cheaper else were unless they are on sale here.
