We came in just to buy a bolt to replace one that connected our alternator to our battery. They said they could come out and make sure that it fit. Our car was working fine when we got there, we just got a brand new battery. Well the guy starts just going at it on our car and then he takes the old bolt off, doesnt replace it, is using the wrong tools, and then tells us were all set. He goes inside, and when we get in to start our car our battery light is on. The guy comes back out, not a mechanic, and proceeds to attempt to work on our car for the next hour and a half. He has no idea what hes doing, and when I go inside to use the bathroom, they have an empty twelve pack of corona sitting on a file cabinet outside of the office. I tried talking to the manager calmly and politely and he bit my head off, saying that I was complaining when he the guy working on our car was trying to help. I said we just wanted to buy something, not have our car worked on by someone who wasnt a mechanic. He said he wasnt charging us and what was my problem, what did I expect him to do? Shortly after I walked back to the car I saw the manager run out and take off. Everyone here was rude, clueless, and possibly drunk. This place sucked! Im sure Napa in general is fine, but this particular location is outrageous! Our car is still not working. We took it home, battery light still on, and were going to have to fix it ourself.

These guys are VERY VERY helpful. Returning parts has never been an issue. If what I need isnt in stock it is usually there in less than 24 hrs. I always feel like I get honest recommendations regarding a particular product or part choice--never did I feel like anyone was trying to sell me on something or push a product on me. Plus they stock Kroil--love that stuff!

Funny to see evenly mixed reviews. These cats have a small location. Not lrg enough to house their own wisdom. Being in the auto repair industry myself for 30+ years I find these guys to be extremely knowledge and helpful. Keep up the good work guys . Bill Kingsland

I guess everyone has different experiences, but after just reading a few negative experiences I just had to respond These guys are awsome!, they put on wiper blades (even in the rain), they smile, very helpful! Sue
