Disclaimer : I havent been here but when i called for info they solved all my queries. I want to setup a hitch and tow on my jeep. I google and for some reason it suggested this place, however they do not have what i was looking for. The guy on call so put me on hold, found all other stores in could find and then when came on call gave me locations, contacts and did give reference on whom to talk. Full rating for the guy who attended the call. If they had a call center or customer support this guy should be a leader.

I had an intermittent failure on left rear lights, and thought a new blinker would fix it. They went out to the car, diagnosed the problem as a loose connection, and said I didnt need the blinker. They sent me to a shop that found the problem as a partially broken light bulb with poor contacts in the socket. Right on, and no charge to me for their excellent call.

Im surprised at the lack of reviews (perhaps everyone was happy with the service). The series processing of customers, the courteous and knowledgeable service (even carried a battery to my pickup for me), and the competitive prices mark this as a "go to" auto parts store. They definitely will get my future business.

Best autozone ever. Always so helpful and kind. The service is always with a smile. Last week i needed a part that was very urgent and even though they were 5 minutes past closing time they still helped me out when they saw that I was in need of help

Go to place for generic automotive stuff. Friendly staff and can get good advice at times. Tough to find brand name options. Not many synthetic fluid options. Walmart pricing on synthetic motor oil is relatively cheaper than what you pay here.

Called for a part and by the time I arrived it disappeared to add to the confusion, no one is allowed to carry a cell phone while in a company car. so the store staff could not find the part or call the tech that took my call, genius.

I needed some headlight bulbs; OReilly would have been slightly cheaper - but they didnt have what I needed. AutoZone had a big selection. Ive generally had good luck here getting what I need.
