I gave it three stars and not two only because.. 1. when it comes to testing batteries, loaning equipment, and helping customers they go beyond duty in that effort. 2. Although I already have DTC tester Ive seen them loan out equipment with no transaction involved. 3. There store is clean and well organized. 4. Lastly, It takes them awhile to help customers. If they are busy with other things such has stocking shelves etc it seems the customer doesnt come first with any type of immediate response. My Story: In example, it was a rainy day when I entered autozone this week. When I approached the register I was told that the power had gone off and the registers were down and to come back later. I replied I live about 10 minutes away and I would rather wait until the registers are back online. There reply was it would be best if you would just come back later and with that the employee I engaged with instructed another employee to lock the door when I left. Followup: Issac the district manager responded to my email and said they didnt follow protocol and it was their protocol that they should have called the district office before making that decision. He will return at a later date and go through the procedures for that process. I will continue to be a customer at autozone but also I will now rely heavier on Oreillys auto parts, Midcounty, and Advancedauto.

I have ordered the same part 3 times with different employees to find no record of it even being ordered when I inquire where and why the part doesnt show. The 2 shorter woman that work there are beyond incompetent and dont even know what hoses are used for (or so 1 of them claimed when I asked for some). I had to go behind the counter and show her where they were and how to f-ing cut it. Given the second time I showed up there were multiple people waiting at the locked door during business hours with the sign showing "open" while both woman were in plain sight leaning against the counter and chatting I would simply guess they are worthless employees. In all fairness the few guys there were quite friendly and seemed helpful to the other customers who needed it. So maybe this is a fluke, but at this point it has screwed my week.

In a pinch we called in need of a battery- stalled on US 1 at 745 pm on a Sunday driving back in. We knew we were running late but had no other options. Our friend had to be at the airport in San Francisco at 6am the following day. The guy who answered the phone was unwilling to ask his manager to stay open 15 minutes late for us- they actually suggested we go to OReillys. GOOD ADVICE. We called OReillys who stayed open for us and replaced our batteries. Do yourself a favor - go to OReillys. AUTOZONE shame on you. What happened to customer service?

As someone who put up with a clunker of a car during college, this AutoZone was a godsend. A knowledgeable and friendly staff that is much more concerned with helping you with your problems than trying to squeeze cash out of you. Ive gotten everything here from new car batteries to the plastic screws that hold your license plate in place and have always walked away happy. The staff will even test and charge your car batteries if youre having electrical problems.

I always go to AutoZone for every car Ive had to replace simple things myself: head lights, tail lights, windshield wipers, etc. Staff are helpful, will look up car make & model to advise you quickly. They always ask if I need help to install things and remind me of easy returns. I would give every AutoZone Ive shopped in California, Oregon & Washington states a 5 and this place 6 stars if I could.

Have most everything I want when I want it, or can ship it in a day. My biggest observation is the lack of staff, there always seems to be lines at the registers even though there is only 3 customers in the store. Also Autozone will let you use their OBD2 reader to figure out what your check engine light is.

Excellent customer service and the staff is super helpful. The staff can pretty much answer any question you have, and they even help install very simple things like windshield wipers. I highly recommend this place, this autozone has yet to fail me.
