i cant see how this place gets good reviews except by a attractive woman as im sure the old men that work there were suddenly very helpful. if your not a attractive woman be prepared for being ignored while they have protracted conversations amongst themselves, you will get zero help and be treated like they prefer you werent there. oh and dont forget being tossed a nag and told "im going to let you take care of this" by people who redefine bad service. ive been in 6 times, live here in duvall, purchased my saw from them and a lot of other things, finally just exhausted by the terrible service. somebody please open a competing store here and just push these guys out of business. if you go across the street, true value is the opposite with some very warm service and people that seem very inviting and happy to see you there.

If you have time to go somewhere else, go! not only do these guys know nothing, they have no pride for their work and they are very lazy. I just bought a gallon of oil, a gallon of antifreeze, 5 qts of fluid and brake cleaner. The guy hands me my receipt and says next. I say may I have a bag please and he grabs me a bag and hands it to me to bag it myself. I needed 3 total bags and he never stepped in to help. I said I guess I need an application to work here and he laughed it off instead of helping. this doesnt include them mispricing their own stuff and not honoring the price. In fact when the parts rang up wrong he didnt even want to come with me to look at the price he just said no its wrong. if car quest owners came into this store they would be deeply ashamed and fire everyone.

For any thing STIHL Related - these are the guys, extremely knowledgeable, quick service **Installed my pull cord right on the counter!!!** STIHL parts also in stock!!! These guys are pros at Auto MECHANICAL HELP, advice, maintenance and part ordering and most times they have in stock! The other reviews must be from people window shopping... or similar.

Perhaps the rudest group of guys youre likely to meet in this business. But they do often have what youre looking for so if you can push aside being forced into confrontation with a kind of judgement and spitting venom from another time and place you may end up being successful. You can think of your visit here like historical research :)

If you have time to go to Redmond or Monroe I recommend you go to the autopart stores there unless you want to receive the worst customer service ever. Theyre rude and most of the time unhelpful unless youre a buddy of theirs.

Pricing isnt great and the service is worse. I suspect they are still in business for want of competition. On the positive side, they do carry and service chainsaws (and Stihl has fixed pricing).
