If I could give this store 0 stars I would. Put me on hold for 30 mins. Got gas drove from union city got in to the store and was still on hold. Smh. And then when I asked if he had a phone call to pick up or had someone on hold he said no. Mind you I wait for the person that put me on hold.( aka the assistant manager of the night) when I asked him if this was the company policy to leave customers on hold for 30mins, his response was yes cant you tell that we are busy. Ok, Ive work in the automotive industry for about five years./ customers service. And I understand that sometimes you get busy. But really your going to disrespect your customers like that. Well guess what I sell tires to the local shops around here and I will be telling them about my experience here. Ps call the next day to speak to the store manager, put me on hold again ask me to wait till they got the manager. Then got back on the phone and said she wouldnt be in till Tuesday.

Came here to get motor fn oil. Not to watch three guys behind the counter pretend to be busy cause no one wanted to ring me up. my advice go visit the pep boys across the street. Pardon the pun but that place is a well oiled machine. Lol they just have more parking and better selection of goods.

This is the best AutoZone in the area. They have the key programming machine if you need a modern car key made. The other shops dont. They also seem to have a bigger selection of parts. The other local AutoZone just send you here if they dont have it, so I go here first.

This place is not usually busy, but service is extremely slow. Customer service is provided by amateurs. And its is just unpleasant to be at the store due to the over all service.
