Better quality parts than the nationwide chain stores. Expect to pay a premium price. Check the warranty when you compare quality as sometimes the Monument warranty is far shorter than the big boxs warranty - however with inferior parts, the "lifetime" warranties from big boxes can be a worthless burdensome come-on. The staff at Monument is typically more experienced too.

They always have adequate parking. The store is clean and neatly organized and the staff were very friendly. They even gave my two wiggly girls some organic treats while I shopped (with my permission). Overall a good experience from an auto parts shop!
