Less than 15 hours after buying something, I realized I got the wrong color and needed to exchange. I didnt take up anyones time, I was in an out. Since it was a lip liner, when I checked out she asked me if I could just put it in my purse. That was fine with me. I had done a lot of shopping that day and cut off tags and tossed my receipts. When I called the next morning to ask about exchanging my liner, I was met with total attitude. When I told her I didnt have a receipt and I paid cash... OH NO... I was told that is not their policy. I told her who was in the store and who helped me, but that fell on deaf ears. I asked her if she would like me to go through my trash, and she actually said, "yes, if I wanted to exchange." I was shocked but went out to the dumpster and found the stupid tiny receipt. As a Makeup Artist for over 20 years, they lost an important customer. The snobbish attitude these girls had was embarrassing. I hope Management teaches better than this if you want repeat customers. I wont be one of those.

Went in and was hoping to get assisted so I could find a new highlighter and I walked around the store for 5 minutes without even being looked at by anyone in there. There were lots of women doing girls makeup but there were at least 2 just walking around who didnt even acknowledge I was in there. Very rude and I will never spend my money there
