The first time I came here, we were followed and stared at by one of the ladies that work there, I figured they were just being cautious so I was like whatever. Today, we went inside and we were about to purchase three hundred dollars worth of makeup when we wanted to see if something was in stock. After waiting for someone to come help us we decided to just peak into the drawer and right away a customer service rep. came over and told us to "refrain from opening drawers because the cameras dont like it" and "youd be surprised what the cameras actually see". To explain how embarrassing it was that this sales girl was insinuating such thing would be impossible. We left everything and got better service elsewhere. And no... we didnt have to steal anything. Thanks though.

Its the smallest Sephora in a JC Penney Ive ever shopped at. The staff werent all that helpful or knowledgeable about their products. The tester areas were dirty and messy, and the selection isnt all that great either. Every time I try to find a product I want, its never there. Nothing was available one day because it was inventory day. Why bother opening if nothing is on the shelves? Even testers were gone. If youre a Play! by Sephora member and use your bonus point card, which gives you a 45 minute makeover for free, dont expect to get one. I order from Sephoras website now. When Ulta opens, Im not going to shop at this Sephora again.

VERY unhappy with the staff at wenatchee JCP. Had one of the girls inside Sephora place an order online for me only to wait two weeks and receive nothing but a cancelled order that never even went through. I honestly just shouldve ordered my product from the actual Sephora store. My product wasnt cheap either. I basically just threw almost 50$ away. NEVER ordering from you guys again! UPDATE: Today is October 30 and still have not been satisfied again, VERY UNHAPPY with the service. They were supposed to send a check at least for my refund for me not receiving my product and I still havent received squat!
