They really need to work on their customer service they are rude and dont know how to talk with customers i went in the other day to return a small bottle of colonge so i can get the 4.2 bottle (the bigger one) and pay the difference when we get there i go up to the register and could allready tell the lady giving me attitude, so ok she dose it i get the 4.2 bottle of polo colonge i think they gave me the right bottle ( not trying to blame them on everything it was kinda my fault i didnt check it) so i get the wrong bottle i go back in and say i got the wrong one so some other lady working there tells me this isnt our product i said what do u mean? And she said yea this dosent belong to us and i said what???? I have the receipt and everything and the other lady check the baskets they have on the side oh its this one! And the lady i was talking with said omg i was getting scared... like they assumed i traded the bottle and tried to go back to get money idk thats how i felt but anyway they were bad and im never giving them my service ever again.

I absolutely love ULTA, not bashing the company but its tragic that every time Im needing to walk into 6587 n riverside Fresno ca location I absolutely dread it. GRACE to be exact, has the most horrible customer service, not to get me wrong she greets and says hello and goodbye like your supposed to, but her faceless expressions and unhelpful service she provides is horrible. Im sure Im not the first to experience this. Ive walked in with multipal family members and sisters of mine and she has been the one to ring us all up and the second we walk out we instantly regret walking in. Its sad that they would put someone in charge who has no compassion for there customers. Other then that I will continue to shop at ULTA just pray every time I walk in I dont get approached or helped from her.

This is only for this location... which was such a better experience than others Ive had. The guy David was multitasking around the store like a maniac, helping multiple customers, and had one of the BEST attitudes Ive seen at that company- the stuck up condescending, "you arent wearing 10 lbs of makeup so Im going to judge you" thing was definitely not there! Diane in the salon is amazing with those scissors! She understood just what I was going for, handled the paperwork for the locks of love, was quick but so friendly and got me on my day feeling much better.

Great place but some of the sales gals just push what they want to sell and not really what you need. I went in having done my research to try a new foundation and the gal insisted I try another one (guess they one they have to push?) and after telling her no I wanted to try another one kept pushing. I left and bought on line. They dont ignore you if you are not all dolled up like Sephora does but they dont listen. Dont push products that are not what that person needs (ex: i wanted a foundation for combo skin, kept pushing for a moisturizing one....hello???)

I thought it was just me but after reading the other reviews, I can see its not my imagination. I didnt want to bad mouth Ulta love it but this location is horrible. It was if I was invisible. I couldnt get help if I was bleeding to death. Try the Clovis one it will be worth the drive

They dont know alot about make up, also they literally spy on you to make sure ur not stealing the samples or whatever. It makes me feel uncomfortable , especially since u can see them eyeballing you from behind a shelf.

Had my hair cut by Audrey. She is fantastic! I left there with exactly what I wanted and she was so nice. I will definitely be going back to her the next time I need my hair done.
