Came in today and tried them out cuz of all the good reviews, they did not disappoint. When I first walked in I was taking lots of pictures of the pastries, cakes and sandwiches. One of the servers asked if she could help me? I replied Im just taking pictures right now and laughed see just shot me a dirty look and went away, well excuse me... she gets a fail!! After checking out the whole place and looking at the menus I decided I wanted to order the tri-tip sandwich and wifey ordered a turkey cranberry with brie cheese sandwich. (Same server took the order) (can I help you?...no smile) When we got the sandwiches I was amazed how delish they looked! (better then the pics on the menu) (like most of you I eat with my eyes 1st, my eyes told me num num num!!!) See pics. My try tip came on freshly baked, perfectly crunchy bread....and let me tell you folks it did not disappoint! Oh so good. The sandwich had a light Rosemary buttery garlic flavor oh my gosh it was just so good!!! The sandwich also came with a pickled cabbage and arugula salad. Again I eat with my eyes 1st.... honestly as good as it looked it tasted better!! I will be back for sure. Unfortunately I really wanted to give them 5 stars but due to the nasty look that got shot at me I have to take off one. Hopefully this review reaches them and they will tell the employees that costumers love smiles and the cost of a smile is free, except there is a good chance you will get a bigger tip!! Peace out.

There is always room for dessert, especially when its a dark chocolate dessert. Yum! About 30 minutes after my cousin and I finished enjoying our meals at Pizza Antica, I saw this bakery across the street, so she and I ventured over to take a peek at what they had to offer. There wasnt an initial intention to get any dessert, but after seeing all the sweets in their display case, I opted in. I ended up getting a dark chocolate dessert, that looked like a large "Ho Ho", it was really good, not too rich and not very dense. It was more on the lighter side. Needless to say she and I polished it off. Cost wise, I felt like the cost was about average. She and I shared the dessert outside on their patio to the side of the bakery. It was a special treat to purchase a dessert, not something I normally get to do.

I used to stop by here almost every morning before work and the barista was always a doll - topping off my latte in my thermos as I picked up a ham & swiss croissant. My favorite bakery items here are the apple tart and palmier - both reminiscent of my childhood growing up next to an authentic French bakery. All the other pastries are just okay. I love the salad selections for lunch, especially the carrot salad. The sandwiches are large enough to be shared between two people. My favorite is the turkey and brie. The line can become atrocious on the weekends, and they will start to sell out of certain items, but the crowd is always moving so eventually you will be able to find a table.

Overpriced and not that good... My brother in law said maybe my standards are too high on bakeries and pastries but let me tell you something. The Éclaires chocolate are too dry and in what kinda millefeuille there are strawberries? Changed the name please tjis is a french classic. Lets talk about the chocolate croissants and croissants. .. too dry. Dont you know that there is butter in them? Huh...

Worst macarons ever! I hated it the first time I purchased it, tastes like rock, hard to bite. Then my friends all said its good. I gave it another try since I think I just came in a bad day last time. The second time did not help. I really ended up throwing them away because it taste that gross. I think I can make better macarons than them. Never come in ever since then.

Tried two things and decided that based on my current experience, the place only deserves 2 stars: 1. Mango mousse: the mousse part is OK, nothing really outstanding. The bottom cake part is really dry, tasted like day old. 2. Banana chocolate: American hot chocolate with banana syrup? Not even hot hot. Meh. Food is on my ban list. Will not go back.

I am the real owner of Santana Row. I love you rabbit were good friends. But I like skinny white guys. I am the nicest guy in the world. Cocola thanks for letting me laugh and play not cry or coffee crying. Your welcome for your dollar and coca-cola. Thank you to all the boys who made your parents and you visit me in Belmont Shore California.

The cakes here are tasty (and cute!) but pricey. I really dont understand why the wait is crazy sometimes. They have a selections of salads and snacks and macaroons but none of these have been impressive or tasty. The banana hot chocolate was interesting to try once but I would never get it again. Its a fun place to sit and relax though.

Kind of overprice because of small portion and dessert taste is okay and representation is Ok. Not anywhere like Jean Phillipe at vegas. Jean phillipe cost more but worth it. It apple to orange, Jean Phillipe is 500 miles away so atleast there is a decent bakery in SJ. I wont be returning.

Right in the center of Santana Row, great location with indoor and outdoor seating. Came here for breakfast almost all week during my visit. One of the few spots on the row that actually opens early. They serve a variety of pastries, sandwiches, hot/cold drinks and light snacks.

The desserts are so pretty! I love just sitting here and people-watching while enjoying my iced coffee and dessert! What a treat! Its always so crowded here so make sure to get someone to save a table and seats for you while you order!! The people working here are so friendly :)

Cocola wins for having the best looking desserts. Theyre all so pretty and tasty - slightly pricey but what can you expect? It is Santana Row :) I love stopping by here for their Mango Mousse, it looks like an art piece! Their Banana Hot Chocolate is also a must try!

I got the Bamboo (mango and passion fruit) cake for a party and people still talk about it! Its the best tasting cake and tastes amazing. They have small versions of almost all their cakes, along with tons of pastries. All the pastries and sandwiches are great.

This place is open late, so a star just for that! I love the pastries here! Be it the chocolate one or the banana one, they are all good (I dont remember the names though). The staff are friendly and the place is quite spacious.

This place is comparable to my favorite dessert restaurant in San Diego. I always order their hazelnut opera cake with mocha bianca. These two flavors blend so well together. Although the price is more on the high scale.

분위기도 좋고 특히 애플타르트가 너무 맛있어요. Try Personal Apple Tart! You wont regret it.

The seemingly ever popular Cocola doesnt disappoint. The pastries are always fresh. The line moves at a decent speed and the drinks are hot and made quickly. I always find myself here if Im in the area in the evening.
