Great Ice Cream, bad customer service at this location. They dont like coupons, club cards, etc... when you e-mail to complain you get a snotty reply from a HOTMAIL account that is apparently not from corporate. Ive been to many other Cold Stones with great experiences. The one at Redmond Town Center needs to up their game in the customer service department.

The ice creme is good, but the service was not. Kinda slow, and the ice cream was almost melting when I got it (It wasnt a hot day, and I stayed inside). Also they expect a tip from you. Oh, and banana is not what youd expect. Instead of a banana you get some fake cream crap that you cant taste once they mix it all up.

I took a foreign friend to this Coldstone so that he could check out the action. He was absolutely thrilled and excited, and the staff could tell that it was his first time, so they made it extra special for him. Its nice to see staff so in tune with their customers. Clean and friendly as always!

Good ice cream thats over priced. It usually isnt mixed or chopped well so I usually get huge chunks of topping then just plain ice cream. I understand its hard to continually mix ice cream, but if your not able to do the job please choose another line of work.

The place is always dirty. Tables are just gross and never cleaned. They are always out of waffle cones, and today one of our ice creams had paper and huge blocks of ice in it. Disgusting.

Husband & I drove to Redmond Town Center for a Saturday night treat. Arrived @ 7:20. They were closed, site says they close @. 10pm

Me and my husband are huge fans of the strawberry cheesecake flavor. Absolutely delicious. Toppings are super awesome too.

Ummm bomb! Banana and cake batter ice cream with fresh raspberries and gram cracker crust. The guys were really helpful
