OK...so my family and I have been coming to this wonderful bakery for quite a while. Weve nicknamed it the "Devils Workshop" since the desserts are sooooooo hard to pass up and are sinfully delicious. Especially when we know that we should be watching what were eating. :) Ive tried many of their desserts and by far my favorite is the banana cake. Really moist, the perfect amount of bananas and the icing truly tops it off. Id LOVE to have the recipe on this one dessert. Id also like to add that my next favorite would be the pumpkin cake. Super moist and delicious with a cup of coffee from the Los Gatos Roasting company just down the street. A perfect combination every time we go into town. Always a nice treat!

Weve been buying birthday and celebration cakes here since they were at their old location. Our favorites are the apple spice cake and the banana cake. Weve also gotten vanilla, chocolate and marble. My daughter loves the pumpkin spice ribbons that are on the counter. I love the molasses cookies, and we all love their pb cookies and chocolate chip cookies. Its a great place to go in for a snack (cookie, cupcake, strip of cake) or buy a special cake. They use the best quality of ingredients and make everything to order. When theyre crowded, they do a decent job of keeping things flowing. And yet they never rush you. So, well done.

AWESOMELY DELICIOUS need I say more my wife has always bought my Birthday cake from Wilsons but they have been gone for some time now and we happen to stumble upon your wonderful bakery.My favorite is the Carrot cake and my is a sucker for your Red velvet and is in live with your Banana cupcakes so we dont mind the hour drive to go.Always pleasant wonderful service thank you for being so good my wife is hard to please or impress when it comes to deserts she would rather make her own bot now she says lets get some cake :)

This was one of the possible bakeries that I was considering for my wedding cake, and even though I didnt end up choosing them in the end, I have to commend them for their absolutely delicious baked goods. I love their banana cupcake and their swirl cupcake was amazing. I love how chocolatey they make their swirl cupcake. The fudgey-ness was to die for. Every time that I am in Los Gatos putting things together for my wedding I make a pitstop here to grab a delicious treat.

Seriously, I just got asked (again) to bring the banana cake to my vacation destination. The banana cake is melt in your mouth, stop-the-clock delicious! Its one of those cakes where once someone tastes it, they keep thinking about it. I really like their other cakes, cupcakes, too, but the banana is my favorite and apparently my friends favorites, too, because its always a favorite request.

This place is quaint, and the prices are a little spendy. They try to cater to the wheat free crowd as well. Indulged with their banana cake and a salted caramel cookie. Didnt feel like it was mind blowing enough to justify the price with what I purchased, but they have enough selection there you might be able to find what youre looking for.

We ordered my baby shower cake and cupcakes from here. They were absolutely fantastic! The brown sugar cake with caramel frosting was a huge hit! And the alien baby design was so cute! We couldnt go to Icing on the Cake without getting some banana cupcakes also, which my guests took home. Thank you so much!

This is a great local bakery that offers a wide variety of items from cakes to bread pudding. Theyre known for their banana cake. I really enjoy their carrot cake as well as they pumpkin loaf and banana wall nut chocolate chip loaf cakes as well. A dessert lovers paradise.

This is the best bakery Ive ever been in. Selection is huge and everything is delicious. Everything is bakes fresh that morning. The staff is friendly and informative. If you love baked goods this is the place for you. My favorite is there banana cake and banana muffins.

What a wonderful lil gem of a place! They have the cutest and yummiest of things, and is a highlight in the beautiful Los Gatos downtown. They have beautiful cakes you can order, the yummiest cup cakes, cookies, and the store is just to fall in love with.

Hands down the best bakery you will ever visit. If you ever need to impress someone with a "must visit spot" this is the place. The Banana cake and crumble bee are fantastic treats. Nothing Bunt Cake cant shake a mixing spoon at Icing on the Cake

My husband and I ordered a small cutting cake from Icing on the Cake for our wedding, and we couldnt ask for a better tasting cake! We had their marble cake with their delicious cream cheese icing. It was inexpensive and simply delicious!

American style bakery, lots of sugar, not so much flavor. We tested the mocha chocolate cake and were disappointed, very sweet and can barely taste the chocolate. But the service was nice and friendly.
