I hate to blast small biz, but this is truly a terrible ice cream. I should amend that, their Lemon Perfection ice cream is terrible. I got it because I love lemon in my desert and exploration of new ice cream brands. Also because I love custard and they said it was custard and rich....this ice cream was the total opposite. My first bite was underwhelming. The ice cream was thick and could have been rich but the delivery of the flavor took a full three seconds to hit me, and it hit me in the back of my tongue. It was lemon-y in the sense that it was acidic and tasted like a cheap imitation of food flavoring lemon and there the likeness ceased to exist. I tried again but the more I ate the more disillusioned I became with eating it and eating ice cream for that matter. Literally ruined my ice cream night. Bottom line, I dont care how organic or local this thing was, it was bad, bad ice cream and overpriced.

I bought this ice cream at my local grocery store due to the promise of a creamy custard texture and whole ingredients. I got the Spicy Banana Brownie and was very disappointed in the flavor. The only flavor I could taste was overwhelming cinnamon that was even accompanied by a gritty and powdery texture once the icecream began to melt. There was almost no brownie in the icecream and I could not taste any banana whatsoever, which is what really drew me to the flavor in the first place. The only flavor I got was that of a "Red Hots" or "Fireball" candy. The icecream, however, did have a good creamy custard texture prior to experiencing the gritty cinnamon residue. Unfortunately I dont see myself purchasing this in the future as the other flavors are not appealling to me and the Spicy Banana Brownie was simply just spicy.

Omg! This place is ahhhmazing! I first discovered this ice cream in my hometown grocery store and fell in love with mountain blackberry. Sadly, my grocery store doesnt carry the brand anymore.....but I found out about this shop and made it my top priority to visit when I came to Seattle on a business trip. And boy oh boy it was worth the wait. The staff was so friendly and accommodating to my numerous taste test requests and even though it was busy and they ran out of cash to make change, they were still in good spirits and had smiles on their faces! And the ice cream? Divine! Banana cream, peanut butter, French toast biscotti and more! The ice cream is Seriously heaven in a bite and the ice cream shop is so adorable. Visit! Eat! Enjoy!!!!

We just bought a pint of Snoqualmi Cascade Mountain BlackBerry ice cream, excited to try a local product weve never tried before. There was so much gum in it that it was terrible, almost inedible. It was slimy and didnt melt properly in the mouth. I only write this because the label made such a big deal about how much cream they put in. This is third rate ice cream posing as low priced first rate ice cream. Its terrible and I will never buy it again. So bad that I had to come here while my mouth was still sticky and my tongue still slimy from gum to let them know. Shame on you for dumbing down ice cream and acting like youre creating an artisanal product. Will never buy your product again.

I have eaten ice creme all over the world. I am addicted to ice creme! When I tasted the Snoqualmie Gourmet Ice Cream, I was hooked even more! The smooth, creamy texture, the delicious flavors, Man, is tha FAB!. I tried to stop at 1/4 of the pint I bought at the store, but then I said, well, Ill stop at 1/2. By that time, I was so close to Nirvana, that I said to myself, self, whats the worst that can happen if you finish it off. Self said, "you will gain weight". I said, Ill go on a diet,,,,,,tomorrow!

I LOVE this ice cream!! OK, Ive only tried the Almond Poppy Seed frozen custard, and the Ginger Ice Cream, so far. But I love the two, and am eager to try the Cherry Vanilla, and the other flavors Ive found at Fresh & Easy. (Lavender sounds a little strange, but inspires curiosity.) (Later): We did try Snoqualmie Lavender Ice Cream, and I LOVED it. It has a subtle, sweet, herbal flavor, and wonderful, creamy texture.

Great local ice cream shop. This is where all of their ice cream is made. They have absolutely delicious flavors for the whole family. But at only this facility do they also have adult only flavors such as Tennessee whiskey (yes, it contains alcohol). You can also special order your own custom flavor, like Guinness, or Red Hook Black Hook beer. Those are awesome on a heated brownie.

Living in Reno, I was up in the Maltby area visiting my folks and seeing our old home. Happened to drive by the food bank where I worked volunteer in high school and saw the new (I say new, as I have no idea when it was built) Snoqualamie Ice Cream shoppe. EXCELLENT ice cream. I had a double stack of Chocolate and Strawberry. Rich, creamy, and wonderful. Definitely recommend

I bought the French Lavender flavor ice cream and it tastes absolutely delicious, but the feel of the ice cream is sticky and gooey. I dont like the feel of the guar gum, the carob bean gum, the soy lecithin, and the carrageenan. Can you make it without these ingredients? Otherwise, I like it, but I probably wont buy it if it has these ingredients.

I purachased the Mint Chocolate Chip Snoqualmie Ice cream from a Safeway store in Toppenish. The expiration dar is 4/30/17. The texture was very grainy which made it not very palatable. I have had the green tea flavor before, so I wonder if it was supposed to be like this or if its because its getting close to the expiration date.

At Snoqualmie Ice Cream they have an outstanding selection. There were at least 20 flavors of ice cream. Many different kinds of chocolate and fruit flavors are present along with some unique ones that taste like whiskey. The garden outside is fantastic for relaxing and enjoying your ice cream after purchase.

This ice cream is unbelievably phenomenal. Who feels like theyre eating a decadent dessert when putting a bite of vanilla ice cream in their mouth? Well, I did when I tasted this ice cream. Imagine a vanilla cupcake, vanilla ice cream and a vanilla heaven cloud all in your mouth at the same time...yum!

I cannot express how much I enjoy this ice cream/custard. Refreshing, tasteful, and surprisingly GREAT. Its not like any other dessert out there. The variety of flavors just continue to make me want to try ALL of them. Not one flavor has disappointed me with anything other than GREATNESS.

Quite possible THE best ice cream ever. Creamy, smooth and very flavorful. The Lemon Custard is AMAZING. I dont know what the other guy on here ate, but it tastes like frozen lemon cheesecake. The Lavender is pretty fantastic as well. My husband is obsessed with the Mountain Blackberry!

The best ice cream I have EVER tasted! Just wrote Safeway to complain about its stopping the sale of it at Eugenes Safeway stores, even though the stores only carried four or so flavors in the first place. Safeway says it supports "local, NW businesses." What a joke!
