I felt very welcome when I first entered Lovesac. I was immediately greeted by one of their employees, Sofia, who walked me through the various types of furniture, and did so with a smile. She helped me pick out what I wanted and processed my purchase quickly. I will certainly be shopping at the Lovesac in the future!

The corporate office is pretty frustrating. They only have a message system and do not return calls. Our couch was repeatedly delayed 8 weeks turned into 12 turned into 14. The Stonestown store was very helpful but there was not much that they could do.

What grabbed my attention was the cleanliness of the store. But also, the staff was very nice and caring, especially Sarah, due to her expertise on the lovesacs, I am really enjoying my black bear city sacs.Overall, my experience at Lovesac was great!
