Awful service. The person we originally dealt with, Victoria, ordered from the wrong manufacturer. We lost over one week while she had to place a new order. We received a call that the order had come in to the warehouse and we could pick it up on Monday. We came in on Tuesday to pick it up. Nobody knows where it is. Victoria is out for 2 days. The staff is clueless but the charge has already gone through our credit card.

The furniture set didnt fit and I went to return it shortly after. They told me that their policy for return was 24 hours even though they had told me when they sold it to me that it would be fine whenever. Only after I through a fit did they accept to take it back. They lost a regular client and a lot of good will for nothing. Watch out. Be sure you like what you buy!

A clean and organized store. The outdoor furniture style is high end and high quality and the price reflects that. The sales staff was friendly and helpful. The arrangement of the furniture was done in a way to allow customers to examine and get a good feeling for the furniture.
