When I first purchased my furniture (sectional)I have to admit it looked really nice on the outside...That was the issue the outside was nice but the interior of the couch was badly made. On the first week I noticed a piece of wood sticking out. I flipped the couch upside down to see what it was and to my surprise all wood that made up the couch was stapled...I spend over a 1000$ and I got stapled wood and cheep materials..I called to see if I could get the couches replaced then another problem arose..they told me they would not replace the couch that it was my fault and well that they could help me get another couch..I would never recommend anyone to this place....Discount or not his place rips people off on high priced items and does has the worst customer service.

Awesome customer service! They went out of their way to make sure that all of my needs were met! Made all of the calls to make sure that my in home furniture was picked up and were genuinely polite and kind, and personally went around and shopped for the needs of my home and situation! The man cleaning was kind and cheerful and yoy cg ouls tell vv everyone there really got along and the environment made my experience wirth the trip! Im so excited for my new sectectional couch!

The furniture and the customer service is fine at first time, but not after you get to buy something....i forgot my queen size bed protector,($89.99)I went to the shop to show I had order one but wanted to cancel for refund of my money at that point the lady I found was so mean & rude.my cash was taken(stole)..never to get anything done there nor send anyone..1209 s 320th st federal way 98003..
