Lots of pros and just a couple cons... Pros 1. They had a great selection of sleeper sofas. We were looking for a shorter sofa, with a full size mattress. Sleepers in Seattle was quite literally the only place in several hundred miles that carried even a single full size sleeper. Not only did we find one, but an entire selection. 2. You can choose all your own fabrics. We were very particular on our fabric choice, and Sleepers in Seattle had just what we were looking for. 3. The prices were competitive. Dont get me wrong, they arent giving these sleepers away, but the price is definitely reasonable. 4. Quality is average to above average, and is holding up well with daily use by us, our visiting family members, and our dog. 5. The mattress is comfortable, especially considering it is a sleeper sofa. 6. I already touched on this, but the ability to practically "build" your sleeper from the ground up is a big bonus. Cons 1. When we walked into the Seattle store, we were initially ignored by the sales people. My wife and I were ready to buy a sofa that day, and yet no one seemed willing to sell us one at first. Perhaps it is because we look young, but we would still have appreciated being taken a bit more seriously. When we did finally get someone to help us, they were courteous and very helpful, so maybe this is a pro and a con. 2. Shipping was a BIG, disappointing ordeal. Our sleeper sofa shipped late, and it took a week longer than its expected delivery date to reach us. It took multiple phone calls to the shipping company to figure out where our sofa was, and when it would be delivered. We ordered our sofa well in advance of a planed visit of relatives, and the sofa still did not come until 2 days before our deadline. While this was no fault of Sleepers In Seattle, the shipping method could be improved.

AWFUL! First we call to place our order for a WHITE leather couch, in Denver White leather(Natuzzi), We spoke to Vivian who asked us what grade of leather we wanted we said soft, she said the only diffrence between Denver White and Belfast White are the grains of leather they are both WHITE. 16 weeks later we recieved our furniture IN CREAM? We proceded to call because we thought we recieved the wrong furniture, Vivian denies ever speaking to me when I placed the order and her boss Carlos said we can return it but only get a refund of $3200 when we paid $4900 for the furniture. We decided to keep it insteaded of continuing to argue with this dishonest company and give it to our daughter when she moves out. Then only having the furniture less than three weeks, one of the chairs broke, the whole frame underneath just broke. So we contacted Vivian to get a replacement. She fowarded our request to Mike who does not return phone calls or email. I finally speak to him and he says he has not herd from the manufacturer to resolve this. (Im sure the manufacturer is in contact with him for new orders each day). So we may have take this case to small claims court to resolve this. This company is dishonest, has terrrible customer service, the furniture is very poorly built and over priced(At least the Natuzzi collection). In no way would I ever recommend them.

We searched everywhere for a very high-quality sleeper sofa for our living room; it had to be good enough to sleep in every night, because we needed to cede our only bedroom to our young daughter. We called Sleepers several times to discuss their products, and found the customer service people extremely knowledgeable and helpful and friendly. When we ordered, they said the couch would arrive 5-8 weeks later. The sofa arrived a full 8 weeks after ordering. It would have been helpful to be kept apprised of the progress during that period of time, or had an estimated delivery date given at some point, especially since we needed to know when to be home for delivery. We called a couple of times and they didnt have that information until a few days before delivery. We had paid for a delivery option that included placement in the home, but the delivery guy came alone and obviously wasnt planning to do anything more than unload the couch in the driveway. My husband was home alone with the baby, which made the situation awkward, but he managed to help the guy carry it in. We are very pleased with the couch. It is very heavy and solid and the bed is very comfortable for every-night sleeping. We could not be happier with the choice.

After doing a fair amount of research into sleeper sofas, I determined that Sleepers in Seattle actually had some of the best models on the market. I ended going with one of the Paragon mechanism sleepers and I’m glad I did. My previous sofa bed felt like a bar and springs were poking up through the mattress. Fortunately, that couldn’t be further from the case with this Paragon sleeper. The sleeper has its own type of memory foam and the comfort level is actually comparable to my normal bed. The whole purchasing process was pretty straight forward. We just chose the model we wanted and then chose the fabric we wanted from their design center (they show you what the sofa will look like in every different fabric). The shipping takes a little while, on the product page it said shipping was between 6-10 weeks, and I believe we received it in 7. I spoke to a customer service rep before I made the purchase, since a little human contact seemed appropriate before spending a couple thousand dollars online. The rep was friendly and helpful and made me feel a lot more secure before going through with the transaction. All in all, this was a very positive experience and I’m very happy with my sleeper. Thank you!

Horrible. Received my $2,400 sectional sleeper sofa broken, torn, and soiled with soot and oil. Sofa is also crushed down the back. Truly an unbelievable situation. Would give them great reviews if their customer service had been amenable and earnestly worked to help me out immediately. Instead, Ive received bureaucratic run-around from their employee. And the only employed Im apparently allowed to speak to. I have not been allowed to speak to the owner (who should be appalled at this situation if they knew). They will not reimburse me for a professional cleaning, but rather told me that they "can ship some cleaning solution to me, but thats all well do". And said it was unreasonable to expect that they would reimburse a cleaning. Also expected me to sit on the dirt for 6 weeks while I waited for their new one. None of this even speaks to the fact the sofa is actually broken down the back. Additionally-- the delivery men punched holes in my wall with the sofa and also tore my ceiling. Sleepers in Seattle will not reimburse me for having it fixed. This is unbelievable. I had no idea a company with a supposedly good reputation would do this. Im appalled.

I was hesitant at first about ordering a piece of furniture off of a website, but Sleepers in Seattle quickly changed my mind. Not only does the site provide diagrams with the precise dimensions, but they mailed me several swatches of fabrics to help me choose one I liked. After several emails back and forth with Michael, (in which he promptly answered all my questions about the various sofa styles, the delivery process, and how to easily transition the piece from couch to mattress) I finally decided to order the Savvy Valencia Sleeper Sofa. My sofa was delivered within the expected arrival time and was done so as seamlessly as I could have hoped. The delivery men were friendly and professional, and managed to get the job done quickly and without any bumps or bruises. I couldn’t be happier with my new sleeper sofa and the excellent service that helped me find it. It was a pleasure to work with the staff at Sleepers in Seattle, and I will definitely visit them again next time I need to refurnish.
