I was just reading reviews for this place and wondered if we were talking about the same place. I noticed the other reviews are over a year old at least. My guess is a management change. Crap rolls down hill; which is literally the subject of my complaint. The four stall single bathroom located in the front of the store is literally overflowing with crap more often than not. Not only is this disgusting but unavoidable due to its location. I cant believe the city health inspector allows a store that sells groceries as well as a snack bar a few feet down the hall to operate like this. Id love to tell you this is an isolated incident, but thats not my experience. When I found overflowing toilets the day before Christmas, I thought that was unfortunate but understandable. But this is the case on EVERY Thursday, Friday, or Saturday afternoon that I have gone there. Last night was in fact my very last visit to this location until something is done. Id rather get my ecoli the old fashioned way (you know from substandard food processing plants; than delivered directly at the checkout at no additional charge.

A few years ago I began shopping for groceries at Target. Each time I went, I found more of the things I would ordinarily buy at a supermarket. Eventually, they stocked everything I bought from espresso to wheat germ and aside from expensive ice cream, I was very happy. As time passed, I noticed items disappearing. First they stopped stocking the toilet paper I buy in a 4 pack. Then there was no more espresso of any type, when theyd been stocking 4 brands. The Archer Farms yogurts disappeared and were replaced by more expensive Greek yogurts. I could go on and on, but my main problem is that I can no longer shop for food there. I may go back for some cheaper items, but other than that Ill be shopping at Lucky or Safeway. If you want to serve the public and make money, you have to offer some specialty items, even if they dont sell at the rate of other items.

Customer services is full of people who are lazy and rude. I was denied a price match to targets own page, which you would think is straight forward. I was buying tennis balls listed for .60 cents less on their site, available for pick up in the store. They said they could only sell me one can. Saying there was a limit, I told her I had bought multiple times and gotten the cans no problem before, she then said she would do it this time, then back pedaled and said only one can again. She then suggested I go to Wal-Mart instead, and told me I could get it cheaper there. The useless manager did the same song and dance. I left upset and with no tennis balls, luckily there is another target near by in San Bruno, they were friendly and courteous, when I asked about the policy this target was claiming she told me it simply wasnt true.

Mega Target. A little too large in terms of store size. Parking lot was a zoo for a Saturday at 3 pm. Had to circle a few times to find an empty parking space. Had to track down a clerk, which took 5 minutes walking up and down aisles, on the floor to find where the toothpaste aisle because it was no where near the pharmacy. Most of the staff were at the registers. Not a place I would come to shop and browse leisurely because this location is full of shoppers all trying to shop at the same time. Not my favorite Target to shop at, wouldnt shop here again if I can avoid it.

I like target but this location had the rudest cashier. She was so nasty and refused to do a transaction & use coupons (which Ive done at every other trarget with out problems) (there are more details but I wont bore you with that) instead of causing a scene and backing up the people behind us I just left. As my daughter and I sat in the parking lot waiting for our ride I actually cried... so not cool that the lady was mean. I will not be back to this location because obviously they dont train their cashiers on non-discrimination or teach them about sensitivity.

I really try not to come here. Its crowded, lines move extremely slow, it can be stressful shopping here. Let me start by saying if you cant find it, adding someone wont be helpful. Usually Im told to go to the wrong place and give up trying to find what Im looking for. Its difficult navigating the isles between trying to get around families that block the entire isles to dodging little kids ruining all over the place. I only come here twice a year at most.

I can find almost everything I need at all times, prices are reasonable, plenty of parking space, if they are long lines you can do self check out, no problems when returning an item, cartwheel app helps a lot even if is 5% off, another 5% with target card and 5 cents credit for each reusable bag you bring with you.

The discounts were complete false advertisement and ko ko who tried to help me was extremely aggressive and kept interrupting me and being very rude about the situation. Not only false advertisement, but susana was extremely helpful and helped solved the issue with grace.

They need to train their management when they give the wrong information two customers and you find out later that management is only been there for a month and theyre not willing to help you. plus theres never any target employees early in the morning.

It is a Target. It has the stuff that Target usually has. The toy selection is better down the hill at the Colma store but I have had better luck with womens clothing at the Serramonte store. Good thing they are so close to each other.

The two ladies in the eye care center are AWSOME! we were in from out of town with our script from a Colorado target and had a contact failure. They did everything they could to help us... Cannot say enough good things about them

The disabled population is on the lower totem pole, the parking section is neglected. The painting signs on the ground is faded, so consumers are parking in the No Parking Zone. Thats very annoying and disrespectful.

A clean and lovable place. Why lovable? the place is huge and clean lol. Easy to find the stuff you need. They have sale items that are nice. I always check their website if they got any. Parking also is huge.

Always has foot traffic due to it being connect to a mall. Somehow this ambience here is much brighter than the target 2 blocks down. This is likely why people bear the serramonte crowds over the other target.

Not a bad Target, nice that its attached to the mall. Also nice that theres another Target just across the freeway so if its ever missing an item, they can instantly check if its available at the other one.
