we bought a leather reclining chair about 2 years ago, used it very sparsely but discovered the dye came off the back and the arm rests making it look hideous. We paid over 1500 dollars for the chair and expected more. When we complained we were told they would not refund our money and said it discolored because the ph factor of my skin made it discolor??? We were told the leather was stained through and through but the furniture people we consulted said it was a cheap dye job. I would strongly recommend anyone buying leather products to check this out before laying out your hard earned cash for a cheap imitation.

This place is like crate and barrel furniture on steroids. room and board is some of the best price to value furniture around. its not cheap,but for comparable prices the quality is much higher than competitors.

Have gotten a couch and a bed there and solid stuff no wimpy furniture here. And the staff are always very helpful.
