I can see why this location is going out of business. I stopped by yesterday and noticed they were having a store closing sale. There were sections of the store that people were interested in and the employees thought besr to close the upstairs and the back corner from the public. Many people were turned away and told not to look at the womens tennis shoes, boots, and whatever other products were back there. I asked an associate when they were planning on opening that area and she said tomorrow. Well l went in today and its still blocked off. Im now under the assumption that perhaps DB Shoes does not want to sell their good merchandise (Nike & other name brands) because the sale os a farce. I overheard another customer yesterday ask the same associate about the store closing date. The associate said the date hasnt been picked out yet. I also agree with other reviews when it comes to associates following you around. They pertend to straighten boxes or bs. I saw one worker taking pictures of a pair of shoes. When tried on shoes l noticed the sizes are mixed up. One had a 7 and a 7 1/2 shoe in the same box. Many boxes are missing their mate. If you do decide to purchase from DB, check both shoes in the box.

Horrible experience dealing with a bunch of rude store clerks. Buyers be aware of the return policy! You have to keep the shoe box in order to get a refund, otherwise, its exchange only. They did not tell me when I bought the shoes that keeping the shoe box is absolutely critical to get a refund. They did not point out that return policy is printed on the receipt, but who reads the receipt before buying the shoes?

Came because this place had a sign that they are currently going out of business. The shoes are so-so prices. I came out spending almost 40 bucks on some New Balance and 20 bucks on some cute lace up ankle boots. There is no street parking or structure BTW so youll have to take public transportation or pay parking garage around the corner.

Good selection of boots and dress shoes for men & women. Poor selection of sneakers/trainers. Sign says they are going out of business so maybe thats why, but I never trust those signs, often they are manipulative. Be sure youre happy with your purchase as there are no returns or exchanges!

Selling poor quality China made shoes on discount. Staff is also very rude, they behaved impolitely when I asked them to replace shoes which tear off after first time wearing.

Shelia Xie That is anywhere when you buy shoes. You have to keep the box and has to be in good condition. Thats a given. NOT TO BE RUDE. Plan and simple. DUH!!!!!

Great if you know they have what you want, decent prices. Staff is marginally polite and horribly impolite if you are taking your time to find what you want.
