[Edit] I had once thought that they had the best customer service policies in the area. But after my experience with the way they do business I could not recommend their services. Their products are quite good, many of which are made here in America. Buy unfortunately the staff does not know how to properly fit footware or explain their policies without confusion. After 4 different tries to find something that fit me well they wanted to charge me for another pair of boots. All said and done, I regret choosing them at all. If your looking for good boots, a 10 minute search online for boots for long term use will give you most of the info you could want. Any footware company that focuses on fancy jargon, special materials, or claims to have the best "ankle support" probably does not have your best interests in mind, and will not assist you in a favorable way if your not sure what size you need. Best to keep all your footwear simple, light, and breathable.
