I was sized too small and when I returned the shoes they made it seem like they were doing a favor because it was over the month mark for returns. My feet hurt from the shoes they originally sold me and I have a little taylors bunion because of it (which is VERY painful). The second pair of shoes I got were $150 but have no arch support and flimsy cheap insoles. Both times were rushed because they are so busy.

The person that helped me really knew her stuff, and made sure I found shoes that fit well, looked good, and generally met my needs. She also suggested an insole that made my old shoes much more comfortable, so I can keep them around in case of the rain and mud thats so common here. The name of this store has changed; I dont remember what the new name is, but its the same place.

I went in looking for a half insole, and the guy who was there made one custom from a sheet of neoprene, all while helping another customer. Super-helpful, super-responsive, good listeners - Im really grateful to them and cant say enough good things about the staff.
