Today I went into the walking company in desperate need of new sandals. I was immediately helped by Jacklynn. She had me walk on a pad to determine exactly what kind of support my feet needed in shoes. There was a very large selection to choose from. She pulled many different shoes for me listening to what I was looking for and helped me try everything on. I walked out with 2 pairs of sandals and very happy feet! A big huge thank you to Jacklynn and her awesome costumer service! This girl needs a raise! I will be back next time I need a new pair of shoes!

DO NEVER BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THIS STORE. The staff in the store is amazingly nice! HOWEVEERRRR, I asked a pair of uggs online and it took around 7 or more days to be shipped, and they send it to a wrong address and wanted to make me pay the difference when the mistake was theirs. The customer service was SO rude!!!! she blamed me for the misunderstanding saying that I wrote 27 as my apt number instead of 275. I just recommend you to get everything at the store. Do not purchase ever online. (Happened 3 times, and they wanted to blame me in all)

I went into the store looking for a more comfortable shoe for my Richie ankle brace. I explained what I was looking for and showed my brace to the sales person. It only took a few minutes and I walked out with the perfect shoe.

When I walked in the store was empty. The two female employees said hello and kept up with their conversation with each other. I was offered no help at all when I was shoe shopping, they said bye when I left.
