These people, have employees that dont know how to make a transaction. Two retarded employees charged my card twice for one pair of shoes. then my bank cancels my card cause of it. Then when I go in at a later date to return the shoes cause I never wore them. They tell me they cant issue me a refund cause my card was cancelled and I didnt have the same one when I made the original purchase. Took 10 minutes and a manager and the two idiots to get me a gift card and not cash. Took the gift card and the best part is that EVEN THE MANAGER CANT GIVE ME AN ACTIVE GIFT CARD cause she messed up on that too.

Got shoes for Christmas, were a size to big no big deal go there to return them for a size smaller. Wouldnt honor the holiday pricing, charged additional + shipping since they didnt have the size in stock. Now got the shoes in the same exact size. Only to have to drive 30 mins again to re order the shoe.
