If you ask them, theyll tell you the general vicinity of where to look for something in the store but they wont help you find it. If youre looking for shoes, dont even try here. We dont have a Rack or DSW in town, so Ive tried here twice and neither time could I manage to get even a hello from the shoe department person, once Id figured out who it was. (No store uniform, so you have to hang out standing there with several shoes in hand until you see a name tag, only then the wearer still wont talk to you.) No bows and arrows, no adult rink skates... But a GREAT selection of backpacks! Id highly recommend them for school backpacks. Bonus - the backpack I chose was on sale for 19.99 (only it wasnt marked with a sale price - goes to store how disorganized they are, but at least I saved 60%!)

Very unhelpful staff. They couldnt answer a basic question of product availability in another store. I went elsewhere. Their prices looked ok, allowing them 2 stars

A little pricey for equipment that isnt exactly top of the line. For example, the same golds gym bench you could get at Wal-Mart for 100$ costs 250$ here....
