The worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I left in tears and without shoes. I will never go back to one of these stores for any reason. The man that helped me hurt my feet and was beyond rude. I cant say how badly I wanted to buy a pair of shoes today.

Both my mother and my daughter have reported poor / rude service here. They carry nice enough shoes, but seem to lack the staff and customer service to match. They both tried this local retailer... but Zappos wins...
