Not the best Sales or Discounts on pretty pricey items to begin with. Be ready to spend when you go there. The customer service in the shoe section is terrible. What happened to the times where trying on a pair of shoes was done with the assistance of the Employee? They dont know the shoes they are selling and offer no assistance except getting the size you need.

I usually buy my shoes here for their tremendous value. The service is fine at this location. Big 5 is losing 2 stars because they dont allow NFC payments even though their credit card readers are capable of accepting them (as advertised by the NFC symbol). The staff said they werent allowed to know why the contactless payment feature was disabled.
