Went to this location after going to another DSW location and not finding anything. Even though i did not buy anything at the other location they treated me nice and respectful, just like most any other store. Coming to this location i saw sickened. After 2 mins of being in the store i was uncomfortable by the workers. I had planned to buy a couple pairs of shoes but the sales lady kept walking by saying weird comments that i know were directed at me and the person i was with. Then after finding a pair of boots a male employee was giving us dirty looks. I have never been treated this kind of way for no reason in a store, i guess since me (or the person i was with) didnt didnt look like their "normal" customer we got judged. Too bad, i was willing to spend a lot of money over time at this store location since it was the closest to my house, but never again will i go into this store.

I love this store! They have all sorts of sizes and you dont have to wait for someone to go to the back room to find the shoes you want, hopefully in your size, where they more often than not dont have your size and then bring you back something else that you hate. Dsw is fantastic because they have all the sizes out in the store and if for some reason you dont find your size you can get it online. You can also feel and touch all of the shoes and find different ones; they have tons of shoes! They also have really great sales and the rewards program is fantastic. Sign up if you havent. You get promos that allow you to buy more and more shoes and get discounts. It is fabulous. They also have great purses, belts, socks and other stuff you just cant live without. It is one of my favorite stores!

Im not really a shoe person but when I need a pair of shoes I dont mind spending good money on a pair to get quality shoes that will last. I actually like this store and its pretty nice to shop in and the selection is actually pretty good. The staff is also helpful when needed. I would say going her is a good idea and recommend it.

They have a large selection but the employees never help you out. We were there for 40 minutes and only one employ said something to us as we were leaving. They do however follow you around as if your going to steal. We found the same shoes at Washington Square not on sale to be of lower cost.

I like that they do have size 5 and 5.5 sometimes and you can find quite a bit in the clearance section. Prices are fair, great selection of styles. Can order off their website for free shipping.

A good selection of shoes. Most of the time they will have your size...for mens shoes they may not have the higher end athletic shoes but for day-to-day shoes you can always find a reliable pair.
