beyond rude management, had a family member work at this location and was treated poorly and discriminated against because of her "personal family issues". yes they do deliver fast service at the register but its more them trying to get you out the door so they dont have to deal with you any longer then they have to. majority of the employees are usually in a poor or agitated mood and give attitude when asked for help or have a question about a certain product. the main manager is also very unapproachable and acts as if she cant stand her job. rather drive to mission viejo to get craft supplies its that bad.

Very upset I came in to get some Thanksgiving stuff for party this week and there is nothing but kiddy dyi projects. I understand having some Chistmas stuff out early but really your entire store !!! Not a happy shopper !!!

I am a Michaels member. This is a good store and great place to unwind. Check out wait was lengthy. Either then that it was a great time. I did not use the restrooms so I am unable to state how they are.
