Horrible staff. The cashiers and manager(s) are vindictive, dishonest, liars, as well as judgmental. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! The store is disorganized and messy. While Imwas shopping, my boyfriend overheard one of the cashiers tell her manager, "I think shes shoplifting." I had not even touched a product yet, so this was physically impossible. I dont steal- from anywhere. In fact, early that month I spent upwards of $200 at the exact same location (I will be returning the whole purchase ASAP).

Jo-Anns fabrics and crafts, is our families one stop shopping store for the kind of fabrics and yarns that my wife and daughter-in-law use in all of their projects. Jo-Anns happy, friendly highly knowledgeable staff are always ready to advise on our families craft projects. The one negative that I have found is that getting specialty marine oriented fabrics that are sun resistant and water resistant, has been an especially difficult situation.

I really enjoy shopping here, they have great variety, only time I went to another store was because they were out of a sports team fabric. The people at the cut counter are helpful with advice and the people at the register are sweet. Now, like any other retailer, there are seasons where they are really busy nd there are peak hours to avoid if you dont want to wait too long. Nonetheless, my favorite fabric store.

The elderly lady at the cashier was very friendly and nice. She informed me that if I had a smart phone I can get extra 15% discounts from the total purchase. I just went to buy some fabric and other items during the Labors day holiday and I had some coupons in hand but most of the items were already discounted so I wasnt expecting this extra 15% off. She was so nice and I love this store.

Worst store Ive ever been too. The employees obviously hate it too. Never talked to so many unmotivated and lifeless employees in one store and I was as friendly as one can be. They have no clue about their own products. I ask for two different things and no one could help me so I started searching again myself and found what I was looking for. I even had samples. Horrible!

I love Joanne and I just so happened to be going past this location and decided to stop in and grab some odds and ins. This Joann is super weird. Quarters for shopping carts, that is crazy if I would have read these reviews I would have never come here. It is the oddest Joann I have ever been to. I will definitely continue shopping here but only at other locations.

I thought their customer service was great! The people were nice, the cutting staff asked exactly what I wanted, whether I wanted it cut or torn, took their time with me yet the line moved quickly. However, please note I was there on a weekday. I would imagine Saturday and Sunday are pretty horrible just because of the customer traffic on those days.

Most of the employees are rude. The MANAGERS being the worst (I assume thats where the employees get it from). That was the most shocking. They act annoyed, are short with you, get irritated when you ask a question. Hate the experience but I go because they carry some items that Michaels doesnt but every time, its the same bad attitude. Sad.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! I was in the store for 25 min and couldnt manage to get more than an irritated grunt from any of the many employees on staff. Its too bad, because their selection is good. It could be a good store, but the shopping experience was so bad that I probably wont go back.

Being next to a fashion adult school makes this Jo-Ann a mecca for fabrics and supplies. During the start of a quarter (Jan, May, Sept) this store often run out of stock for sewing supplies. Regardless, its still a convenient place to have a good selection of fabrics. They have weekly coupons on website too.

Employees are rude because there are so many rude customers that come in the store. I dont work there but Ive been in the store many times and also in the point loma area. People that go in there are bitter and unfriendly so dont expect a happy face if you treat the employees like crap!

My first visit was heres. The service was great. My questions was answered quickly. I interacted with three employees every one was friendly and helpful. Even at checkout the cashier helped me find more coupons to add to the one I had with me. I will shop there again.

Always Friendly for over 20 years I never had any problems with anyone working there. Staff favorites include Kim, Amanda, Pat, Betsy, Angela, Stephanie, Josue, Keena, Daisey, and Nolan. Im always respectful to the staff, and always get treated respectfully!!!!

Absolutely the worst group of employees I have ever come across. I would drive to Palm Springs before Id come back here. Both occasions I went these people were atrocious. Go somewhere else- drive these nasty people out of business.

Agree with the reviews below, the customer service is absolutely terrible! They do, however, have a lot of fabrics and good prices and thats what Im there for anyway... Does make you think though, why are they so... bad?

Usually everyone is too busy to help. Lines are long, staff is rude, store is really old and dirty, and on top of that, its overpriced, and you usually dont get what you wanted anyway because the selection is terrible.
