My experience is hit and miss while shopping. There are definitely some great workers there but at times seem short staffed. Then in late May, I booked a party there (yes, they do birthdays in the craft room!) and again I was a little anxious about how it would go bc my experience booking wasnt very smooth but the day of was amazing. We were assigned an employee named Omar. Wow, Omar made my kids birthday party a success! He was professional, great with kids, talented, helpful, personable and overall wonderful to work with. He truly exceeded my expectations!! Please ask for him when booking a party or for any help you might need in the store as he truly is talented!

Love Michaels for picking up crafts for the kids. I have been to quite a few of them and while there are stores that are less organized and cleaner. The worse aspect of this particular store is that all, YES ALL of the employees I have had to interact with are very rude. They all seem to hate the job or the store ? not sure what the issue is here but not one of them was helpful, no one showed even the slightest hint of courtesy or professionalism. Jeez even crappy Walmart has a guy that greets you and says have a nice day when you leave. These ladies all just glare and god forbid you need to return anything.

This is your typical craft store. Its hard to get an employees attention and it seems like customers are left on their own to find what theyre looking for. As Im typically sent here to pick up specific things, its harder for me to find them as Im unfamiliar with the store and the lack of staff makes it more difficult. There always seems to be just one staff working the register which makes it more difficulty to leave once you have found what youre looking for. Plus Ive heard people have gotten their cars broken into while shopping at the store.

Not the best experience at Michelle to we went in and we paws for some flower it had no price so my mom said no its ok but then the ladys like sorry I need to and the lady went to check I was not following but went the same directions the lady was going and told the other employee that we said if we could get the flower 4 less and the other emolyee was like yea right like so rude and my mom didnt even say she wanted it for less she just wanted to know how much it would cost

Probably the worst Michaels store I have ever been in. The staff is horrible, the store is disorganized, and the line to pay takes forever. Not because there are too many people in line but because the staff working the registers dont care about their responsibilities and talk more to the other employees than the customers they are ringing up. I cannot stress how rude and inappropriate the staff at this store is. Only go here as a last resort.

I am a many times customer at this Michaels. I have NEVER found employees to be rude or short with the customers. I also shop the one in Rancho Cucamonga, and both are about equal in merchandise and service. I dont like the way they channel you to the registers, but other than that I have had no alarming experiences there.

Took my granddaughters to paint splatter class, they loved it. This is the second time Ive taken them to one of these classes, we have enjoyed it both times. I love taking them here for a good experience for them and I get to spend time with them and enjoy watching them show their creative side.

They need more emplyee to help constumers. And you cant let people cut in line even if you know them, like Im waiting 10 minutes or more because people are cutting and there are few registers open . They have good product but the store need to be more gretting.
