This store has the nicest cashier. Nayelli helped us with our purchase and on the phone when I called back. So very helpful when we purchased our first item and found that they where on sale so we went back to shop more and then went through her line again. We missed a bag of our purchases and when I called back after we got home she was very gracious on the phone. and had put our bag away for us to save it for when we came back in. I am a senior and she offered me that discount too. Super service.

Love this place! I came here to get art supplies for some much needed creative time after finally graduating law school. The store owner was extremely generous, patient, and friendly in helping me and my friend pick out gesso, acrylic paints, and brushes. I definitely recommend this local spot and will return in the future for all of my art supply needs!

Employees dont know what they sell in the store. I called in asking for a specific brand of knitting needle which they said they had in stock. I got to the store and the woman showed me a crochet hook. It says right on the packaging "crochet hook" not needle let alone the fact that it wasnt the brand I asked for.

This is the worst of the Michaels stores. With so many other stores available, Id avoid this one. The store is filthy, poorly run and much of the merchandise is broken, or missing parts. Many of their employees - with one employee in particular named Keeley, are rude, unprofessional and not knowledgeable.

Clairemont Mesa Michaels is great. The customer service was great. A young man showed where to locate an item that I was looking for. He came back to make sure I had found it. The young ladies at the front counter ( cashiers) were very polite.,

Every time we come here, there are between 8-30 people in line. Only 1 or 2 cashiers open. The customer service has been BAD for 10+ years. Terrible manager, and the framing prices are outrageous!

The didnt have refills for the photo album I bought. They also didnt have the photo squares to mount pictures. The store was a mess and the cashier couldnt get the register to work.

My 6 year old favorite store in town. The Pros- great variety of arts and crafts, low prices, theres always sales going on. The Cons-few employees are knowledgeable.
