This is an alright Michaels. I mostly go there to get beads and glitter for school projects and arts and crafts with my little sister but they are always out of the products that I need. Their prices are also a little high so only go there for a last resort if you need anything and find somewhere cheaper. They have a lot of cool random things that are very cheap so it’s nice to find those!

I do not go to Michaels often, so I cannot compare to other Michaels. I had trouble finding one of the things I was looking for, and the person I asked was really helpful. At checkout, the person who helped me was also very nice. I found everything I went looking for, but if I were to have a complaint it would be the organization (seemed unintuitive).

Its Michaels, so its got all the kitch and supplies you could want, but the selection wasnt that great. I went looking for specific colors of acrylic paint and wasnt able to find what I was looking for. Also, like all of these places, youre senses are bombarded by horrible synthetic fragrances as soon as you open the door.

Not very family friendly! Instead of helping parents, the manger engaged in an attempt to shame my parenting choice when theres a difficult situation. I ended up calling the district manager who apologized on her behalf. But I dont want to return to this store for the way I was treated.

Patty who I think is a store manager is just wonderful and knowledgeable! Her employees are so friendly and it didnt use to be that way. I LOVE THIS STORE!! I also think that Christina is a great employee! This is definately my favorite and most friendly Michaels!!

Staff tried to help and were friendly but werent able to answer questions successfully. Good inventory but I was taken by surprise when they wouldnt give me a bag despite that I had a dozen small items. They told me they had voted to do away with bags. Very inconvenient.

Absolutely fantastic store. Love it here. Staff is always helpful and friendly, great selection as well. Check online for a coupon almost all the time! They give them out with every purchase, but Ive forgotten mine on more than one occasion. :)

GREAT SERVICE and top value!We had to get a bug out of a framed print.These guys did a good job in a short time for around $12.It entailed removing the old sealed paper on the back and replacing it.Looks great again.

Like all Michaels, they have anything and everything for any projects that you may be undertaking. The staff are super helpful and they have great discounts. Worth checking out for your next craft making project.

For the truckers, you will be unloaded at the front of the store just back right up to the front door DO NOT TRY TO DOCK BEHIND THE STORE, YOU WILL GET STUCK IF PULLING A 53 ft trailer.
