I ordered a matte for a frame on Friday. This process went smoothly. I was told it would be done within a few days; on my receipt showed Thursday for the ready day. I called the following Friday in the a.m.. I was told my frame should be ready after 2 pm. I asked why not till after 2 when my receipt showed Thursday, the day before. It was not even started yet. I received a call around 3 that the order was ready. When I got to the store, the matte was not even cut straight and the clerk was embarrassed for me. I told him that this was apparently rushed job because it was supposed to have been done the day before. He apologized and said he would have the manager call me back and reorder the matte. Saturday I received a call that it would be free of charge and they would fix it for me. Now I am still waiting for the frame to be completed and its been 10 days since Ive seen the frame with the botched matte.

Store is well organized. Has most items on sale and regular price well stocked. Not usually very crowded. I do most my art and craft shopping from here. Staff are professional and courteous. Never had issues with coupons to be applied.
