Im giving this store a 1 star because I was there for a midnight release for their Force Friday. I was the very first person in front of the line . I was there since 5pm in 86 degree weather for over 6 hours. With less than a hour for the midnight release. 2 of the managers came out and and told us that "if we were waiting in line for any of the New Star Wars Black Series 6 inch figures and exclusives 6 inch figures, then unfortunately their store did not receive any of those specific products". And so they took down whomever was in line that was Just waiting for that line of products phone numbers. And said that they will call us as soon as those get in. Since I was specifically wanting the Toys r Us exclusive figures 6 inch hover tank troopers. I left this location to try my luck at another location. Well to my irritation and dismay. I come to find out that this TRU on arden. That I waited for 6 hours! Actually in fact!.... had those new black series figures in stock !! So. Because of terrible management. I lost hours of my time, got a minor sun burn and lost my chances of getting a A toys r us exclusive Hover tank trooper. If I could give this location a "no" star. I would.

Although the staff is extremely nice and apologetic, this store is understaffed. It took a while to get service and when I did get service they couldn't find the items I ordered. They finally did thanks to one particular lady. Again, they are super nice but there are not enough associates to adequately serve customers. It didn't seem to me be very sparkling clean (and no one expects this, it's a kids toy store), but still it Gave off a dirty vibe. The problems I noticed seemed to be a management issue rather than an associate issue. All the associates seemed to be very working very hard, so it seems to me management needs to add more associates and do something about the overall feel of the place.

We loved the idea of giving the kids an opportunity of building a mini-model for free every month but disliking the recents policy changes, First: a registration to participate is online only, Second: if they miss the time/hour of registered spot they cannot participate on later (if reg on tuesday no wednesday opt), Third: if they arrive 9 minutes early they have to wait until the exact time of registered spot? and now a Fourth: kids will no longer be able to take the mini-model to assemble at home (parents on the run, be aware you have to spend extra time at store). Nice idea, cute mini-models but not so cool policy changes

this store has the worse customer service. the store it looks so disorganize, i was shopping for a baby crib by the nursery department i actually saw one of the clerks on a ladder getting stuff down from the top of the shelfs actually she was toss them from the top shelf to the floor! it was big stuff i guess they dont care about their customers getting,good quality i wont ever shop at toys r us ever again i felt like i was shopping in flea market very disappoint on their clerks their service, they dont have any respect for the stuff that they sell....sad sad sad...

I got bad service my uncle got my baby cousin a few big things and the woman cashier was not letting me in on how things where going to work out like she did not mention how we where going to get the big stuff to the car or even if we would get any help when i was there to help out then when my uncle gave me his big paid receipts so he would not loose them the cashier said your giving those to him in a rude manner i would never come back unless my baby cousins wants somthing again deffantly just going to be nice and give a two star

One of the main female manager was very rude and not helpful, it wasnt until I spoke to another manager about how I asked assistance and she completely neglected to help did she change her tune. Which it shouldnt take me speaking to another to have proper customer service, especially from someone in authority. Also, their toy selection is always limited and boxes are sometimes completely mutilated yet they still sell them full price no discount even if its the last one. No items should be on shelves if theyre in that condition

The customer service in store is great. Friendly and people want to help. Now that there store is getting built back up inside its starting to look better too. But the customer service from trying to get info or call them for questions, is completely horrible. Even today, thursday, 245pm getting an automated message saying they are closed even though they are open. This must be costing the company money. Serious phone service and changes need to be made.

This toys r us is pretty unkempt. the last couple of times ive been here theres always one staff member having an issue. last time one was crying in the bathroom. this time one of the staff was walking to the back talking to herself in a very angry undertone. there are some really good quality staff that host the events on weekends for the kids. and friendly ones near the american girl dolls.

unprofessionalism Manger name Tammie....she was telling me about the discount how I shouldnt do two different payments to get the discount of toyrus credit card I was like b**** do you pay my credit bill but I didnt wanna be rude its just none of her business when her cashier screwed up never going here again its trashy and sold broken items when sold as clearance buyers be aware!!

This store is dirty and they do not care. I mentioned this to a manager about how dirty it was when I walked in and he laughed it off as they were busy. The same mess and dirtiness is still there 4 weeks later in the same spot. It says a lot about a company and their standards. Unfortunately this location is giving the company a bad name!

Im not too crazy about the area or the parking lot, although there is plenty to choose from. The store itself is well organized and clean, and you can find some good deals, in discount or otherwise. Ive had good interactions with customer service and staff.

Bought a 2 feet Hello Kitty gumball dispenser here for 39.99. Before I left I told the cashier "Kayla" I saw it yesterday at Target for 19.99. I showed her the target website page and she matched me, returned back the difference. I was very happy! Thanks!

Service is really good as well of the options you have in that big store. The only thing that needed a little more attention was organization. Toys were scattered everywhere, but that could easily be explained do to kids grabbing them and misplacing them.

Clean and well organized. Would have gotten the fifth star of the registers were better manned. The line took longer than it should have because of there being only two registers open and one of them had a customer filling out the credit application.

A big Toy R Us, with an awesome Lego selection. The music in the store is horrible, the speakers pipe horrible cracking sounding chirstmas music long before Thanksgiving. Literally had to rush out of certain parts of store because of speakers.
