I am extremely unhappy about the return policy that theToys R Us Roseville, CA store #9580 has with "LAST ONE NO BOX" items. We were going to purchase a Tony Hawk 16" bicycle for $99.00 (+ $10.00) assembly fee for a "LAST ONE NO BOX" item, however the Sales Associate said that we would be UNABLE to return the item to the store if it was defective or if we had any problems with the bike (EVEN if we returned the item THE NEXT DAY) UNLESS we purchased the $12.99 15 Month Replacement plan. That is absolutely ludicrous. I can understand if they discounted the item, however they were selling it to me at FULL PRICE PLUS the cost of assembly ($10) for their display item and on top of that they wanted to charge me an additional $12.99? I wasnt asking for anything more than what their policy states (90 days to return the product). They are OVERSELLING their customers. Truly an act of bad sales practices. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I dont have children thus, dont frequent your store but 2 weeks ago, I had to go into your store to pick up some Lego party goods for my grandson. This is where I had the pleasure of meeting Ivan. Mr. Hernandez is one of those "one in a million" employees that are so rare to find and you are so lucky to have represent your company. He was so kind, thoughtful, professional, courteous and helpful...turning a dire party situation into a hugely successful one. Dont buy movies here, but theyve got lots of toys. Go figure. Look up and down the aisles for the "CLEARANCE" shelf labels. Those are the hidden deals. I scored all my Xmas gifts for under $20 for three kids this way. Otherwise would have spent almost $100.

How can you go wrong, had great customer service on my visit and with price matching Toys"R"Us was able to compete with the lowest Internet price and get my business

The only local place to get Toys R Us exclusive products. Decent prices on bikes. Sadly a quarter of the store is movies and video games as a sign of the times.

Well stocked and run. Prices very good against target and Wal-Mart same toys plus rebates and online receipts with toys are us club signup.

I couldnt find a employee i walked the store 4 times and couldnt find a employee other then the 1 cashier who was swamped

Its definitely still the go to toy store. Staff seems helpful. My kids love it, and thats all that matters right?
