The upside to the Wooden Horse is that one can pick out almost any toy in stock and it will be a good, quality toy. Being a "store", one can expect to pay more for a given toy than buying it on-line or elsewhere but the time savings and the benefit of buying "local" have, in the past, outweighed cost savings. Recently however I bought a Lego gift and noticed afterwards the added cost of buying it at the Wooden Horse was much higher than it was in the past. I paid a 30% premium for buying the product at the Wooden Horse vs at the Lego Store. This has crossed a line for me. Their return policy is credit or exchange only so cant get a refund but I wont make the same mistake again.
