Es grande la tienda, tiene gran variedad de juguetes, solo k en estas fechas esta la tienda toda tirada, deberían de contratar más gente para k tengan la tienda en orden ah y k vayan acomodando más mercancía conforme se vaya acabando

Toy stores are so much fun. An adult like myself will walk in and buy what Ive always wanted as a kid and give it to my nephew or niece or kids friends or etc. I end up buying what I want, giving it to the kid, and the pure enjoyment is on the look of their face(s). This store have everything you can imagine for a kid or for yourself. The downside, the service is extremely slow. Usually, theres 1 counter for returns, purchases, etc. Toys! Fun!

The last 2 years the customer service has been very good. Both their managers are right on their game. When they have a run on products like zhu zhu pets they are very good about making sure it is done fairly. I would like to see the store upgraded it is starting to show its age but everything is usually stocked and when you need something thats not out ninety percent of the time they will go look for you.

Lol came here to buy a baby gift. Service was ok decent selection of toys, games, video games etc. Witnessed a shoplifting by a lady walking briskly out of the store, arms full of baby toys escaping in a beige older model suv. I was kinda mad she saved much more than i did. (Shrug) cest la vie!

Though this place has great hours, the customer service is lacking, I did an in-store pick up order and they took so long to give me my items that I had to come back another day. I finally got the items I purchased, but they really need to work on three speed of their service.

From the moment that I walked in to the moment that I walked out, the customer service was excellent! I interacted with several staff and a manager who went out of their way to help in little and big ways. This alone is the reason to shop here! Thanks a lot!

Buyer beware. Manager refused to accept return on an unused item merchandise with receipt after 1 week of purchase. I suggest you take your well earned money elsewhere. Poor customer relations. If your White, you might get treated better.

Great customer service. I go in all the time to buy drinks. All of the cashiers are extremely friendly and the manager is very well versed at his job. I highly recommend this retailer.
