It is always fun to shop in toysrus. My parents used to take me to toyrus and I just loved going there. The childhood memory brings an excitement and joy everytime I visit even after growing up and having a child of my own. I like that they have a birthday event for children and you get a free book by attending. Only thing I wish they did not change is that they used to let kids play any kind of toys in the store, but that is not happening anymore.

There are always great deals going on in the store. Even better deals when you have a loyalty card with Toys R Us, and also when you use your credit card on certain days, such as Thursdays and Saturdays. They try their hardest to keep shelves stocked and clean. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and they know their stuff. They truly want the best experience for their customers.

This place used to be the place to go in the area, but since has been left in the dust when other stores were built up in the area. It is pretty empty. That being said it was nice because my daughter could ride their bike all over without having to worry about bumping into anyone. It was pretty hard to find someone to help us when we couldnt find something though.

The floor was dirty, the shelf were poorly recovered and the stock selection isnt that great. I went around 1pm and it looked like they had just had a huge rush or something. The whole front section of the store looked like a tornado went through it. Yet it was absolutely dead in the store. The staff is nice and helpful they just need a better store.

Ive never really needed to go into this store in the past, but went in recently looking for Nintendo Switch stuff. Its way bigger than I expected, and has a pretty solid section for Nintendo items. The employee at the front was super friendly.

Experience was horrible, employees doesnt know what theyre doing. The manager on shift 1/27/17 evening dont give a damn or concern that their tag are misplaced. I buy one thing and they give me another. Very poor customer service skill.

Called ahead and was told that they had what I wanted. Drove there and they didnt, and apparently hadnt for a while. Asked if they would be getting more in and was told that she didnt know, then was literally turned away from and ignored.

Their baby toys and accessories sections leave a bit to be desired and the store seems to lack the life you imagine a toy store would have but we did leave with two awesome Need guns and we did find what we were looking for!

Definitely the best place to shop for kids in butte county! The employees make you feel right at home, they could use a little more organization though! But customer satisfaction is important to me and this store delivers.
