I can never find anything that is advertised available in my store!!!! I called the store at Almaden/SanJose and the person that answered, "Anna" was very rude and unprofessional. She did not even allow me to finish explaining what it was I was looking for--she cut me off in the middle of my sentence within the first few seconds and says, "let me transfer you to Customer Service". I wait and wait and wait...the phone keeps ringing over 50+ times and still no answer. Anna picks up again and I asked, "Is this Customer Service?" and without even replying once again she transfers the call to ????? as the phone rang 50+ times once again. So, I hang up and call back and ask "Anna" if shes the store operator and she replies, "No" I just answer the phone.(Huh?) Okay... I explain that nobody is answering the phone at "Customer Service" and she tries to explain that they are just too busy to answer. Then she says, "So what are you looking for anyway? Maybe I can find someone to help you" I tell her that I have a number to the product that Im looking for and that the Store website says its available, yet it doesnt allow me to order." So, I try giving her the product number and she declines and asks for a description instead. She clearly has a difficult time understanding the description, so I tell her its a "Fur" Real Monkey by Hasbro. Not FOR real". She says, "Come again and spell it for me" She puts me on hold for 15 Minutes and comes back on to say, "Theyre still looking" yea right...another 10 minutes and she never comes back to the phone, so during that amount of time I was able to find the product I was looking for on Amazon and I ordered it!!! This is the same scenario EVERY SINGLE TIME that Ive tried ordering something from WalMart.....Simply unacceptable and horrific Customer Service or rather NO SERVICE!!! SMH

They sold me a used item for the price of a new one!!! Yesterday I bought a Three Wheel Scooter for my son. It was sold to me as a new item so I payed a full price. When I got home and checked the scooter I found signs of heavy wear on wheels. Today I went back to the store and questioned the customer service representative why they were selling used items for the price of new without any indication. The representative was very rude and didnt even try to apologize. He told me that there was no way for them to know and check. However, I think it is easy to track and check. I am positive that the scooter I returned will go back to the shelf and will be sold as new again.

Lots of Legos here and some really cool displays. All kinds of toys for every age range. This is not as big a store as I remember, but they have everything a kid would want to play with. Parents need to be very disciplined with their wallet here or you can spend a lot of money. I didnt know it, but they have a good selection of bikes for kids learning to ride. If you need an intermediate bike size like 18" they have it at very reasonable prices and assembled bikes are only $10 more. Nice place for toys.

Customer Service SUCKS, SUCKS, SUCKS at this location. I cannot even tell my story because I am so angry. Then when I called to talk to someone about my experience, the person I was speaking to over the phone decided to have a conversation with someone else in the store at the same time as when I was trying to explain my situation. I will find a different location or store all together to shop at.

Well when I first went in the girl at the front was nice and helpful. But after I was asked if I needed help for the third time I heard there walkie talkies say to make sure you follow the "code Jeffrey" it was obviously about me. I felt really uncomfortable made my purchase and left never to go back to that Toys R us again. My kids love toys r us too.

I brought my backpack with me so that my macbook and other valuables would be vulnerable. The employee working at the customer services made me leave it at the front as if i was going to steal. She was rude and disrespectful. I hope management will respond to this treatment by training the staff in customer relations some more.

The last of the stand-alone toy stores Toys R Us out does the big box stores with their tremendous selection and knowledgeable, toy-centered staff. With competitive prices, and online price matching, you will have a hard time finding a better place to buy what your child desires.

Honestly the saddest TOYS"R"US I have ever visited. It has toys yea, but the one and only console that was bing demonstrated was broken, they said it has been broken for over a week. Not to mention another toy that was in a demo case was broken too.

Lots of parking and the parking spots are wide which is awesome when bringing the kids along. The store is organized extremely well and always appears very clean. The staff are helpful and know where things are located.
