Ive been to the lego store before to browse but for my upcoming birthday my husband took me to the lego store yesterday to pick out exactly what set I wanted (Yes I am an adult). It being holiday season, the store was PACKED, but thats ok because every store is. My Hubby and I were looking at the lego board games because we hadnt ever really seen any before and Drew walked up and asked us if we needed help. Drew is THE BEST. It was so nice to talk to someone who is obviously as excited by legos as I am. He explained the differences between all the lego board games, and we also discussed the various merits of the many building sets around the store. Drew is a big-time lego nerd, and has the bonus of being very well informed about all lego products. I felt bad geeking out with him for so long while the store was so full of customers, but I just wanted to post something about my awesome Bellevue Square lego story. I am really looking forward to my birthday when I get to open all my presents. Thanks Drew for helping me pick them out :)

+1 for the pleasant presentation. The place is well-lit and clean. The store feels smooth and plasticky, like a Lego brick. +2 for the outstanding selection. Its like they have every Lego model currently in production. You can see the full range of brands, from Chima to Creator to Star Wars to Architecture. +2 for the wonderful service. The people seem to genuinely enjoy working there and are passionate about Lego. Theyre knowledgeable about the different products and help you get excited about them. -1 because Lego prices (across the board) are ridiculous. Theyre MOLDED PLASTIC!

The love of Legos spans borders and generations, so an entire store filled with them is hard to pass up! Moreover, the store itself feels like youre inside one giant Lego and the staff is very helpful for those who might be buying a gift. They have sets for all price ranges. Some of the movie-related sets were incredible! Star Wars, Lord of the Rings, Lego Movie... Its all here!

I spend far too much time here with my son. They always have a great selection of the very latest stuff (older stuff not so much). The pick-a-brick wall on the back is great too. They also have a "monthly mini-build" that you and your child can just show up for and your child can get a different free little Lego thing every month! Ask them for the schedule.

I love LEGO, it takes you back to beign a kid just like everyone says. But, again like everyone says, theyre kind of pricey nowadays. You dont really remember them being so much but one you werent buying them and two the pieces were so complicated. Fun store though

Of the 3 LEGO stores in the area, the Bellevue Square one is by far the largest and best-stocked. Its also one of the busiest, though the staff always seem to have time to welcome you and get the kids pointed in the right direction.

The staff was over the top helpful. I wanted to make the lovely flamingo, and Tonya went beyond the call of duty and procured a kit to help me with the build. Awesome. I will return the next time I visit from Alaska.
