I have never written a review before but i thought it was a bad enough experience that I should. We had bought something there a month before for my sons 1st birthday and I thought it seemed nice enough. I like to support local business and the young woman at the counter seemed nice. We bought a 50$ push car made of wood. I thought maybe prices have just gone up, but really there is another local toy store down town that sells it for 30$. Anyway the toy broke within a couple minutes of use, and realizing its low quality I went to return it. The lady at the counter said it was fine to give an exchange, but the manager came out and argued about giving an exchange. I told him our son had only used it for a few minutes. Bottom line, the guy was an ---hole and the customer service was terrible. Why purchase an over priced low quality toy that you cant even return? Ill be going elsewhere from now on...

What a gem! They have the CUTEST kids clothing and accessories, right on the main drag of one of the greatest neighborhoods in Seattle (Queen Anne Hill). It is worth braving Seattle traffic for! And, after reading some of the other (negative) comments, please note that I was told this business is under new ownership as of last December (2016), so whatever the bad experiences were in the past, I personally believe they are aMAZING... ;-)

My new 5 month old is growing so fast that it seems like I have to shop every week for her. Rather than driving all over town I stopped into this wonderful store the other day and was surprised to find an amazing selection and vibrant community right here two blocks from my house ! New owner Liz has great taste in brands and really knows the new and useful things families need. Stop in and see her !

This people are cheater and thieves. Dont promote this kind of business, at least in Fairbanks. Also, customer service is bad. Be careful when you leave the clothes to sell them. Also, check if they really have a fair price for some clothes that you could even find a better price and new in a store.

I just drove all the way from Seattle to pick an item that the store told me was in stock. It ended up not being available but they bent over backwards to accommodate me and found a great solution. Very nice people and I really appreciate what they did.
