Today we went into this location as my 6 yr old son had birthday money to spend. He chose a toy he wanted and we proceeded to the check out. After paying, the cashier made a mistake and closed the cash drawer before giving him $0.14 change. Since it was my sons money from his birthday, I decided to speak up and the cashier immediately apologized and called for a manager. A few minutes later a manager arrived and again apologized for the mistake. At that point I was satisfied with the transaction. I mentioned that it was my sons birthday money to the manager and he made my son feel so special by offering a birthday crown, a balloon, and a bonus prize. Wow! What an amazing experience for my son. My son said, "They really care about kids there!" Yep! They sure do. I felt the staff at this store went above and beyond to make my son feel special on his birthday. They corrected the error of the missing change and made it right by offering the extras. Thank you so much to the staff and manager at this location for making a little boy enjoy his birthday even more!

We went there today for a birthday celebration. Its very nice for them to set up a story time and give away free plush toys, but the lady who managed it was untrained and rude. She speaked to kids with a very loud voice several times requesting them not to do this or that (for example, a kid just stepped on the rug they used for story time but she immediately asked him to get out). When its story time, she used a voice only herself could hear. She also gave the parents there a very hard time to claim the toys, as if we were there begging for the free toys. After the birthday celebration, we found a few nice toys for our son. It is a five-star place for kids but I have to minus three stars because of that rude staff and the unpleasant experience she gave us.

My wife and I registered here and we are sorry. My friends and family bought a few thousand dollars worth of gifts from here. When I went to return a $200 gift, the rude lady at the counter was questioning me for 10 minutes about a manual that was not in the box in the first place! RUDE! Her manager came and she was even more rude. no one knows how to smile in this place ... All other times I have been here, I had to wait at least 5- 10 minutes for someone to help me ...and a few times I just left ... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I will drive 10-15 miles to go somewhere else.

This Toys R Us helped me when I was in a pinch right before a party - I needed to get some replacement bean bags for our bean bag toss game, so I gave them a call and they did an inventory check for me. They were kind enough to both check and hold the items for me up front so it made the pickup process really quick. Prices were great too - definitely a smaller location than I remember, but last time I was in a Toys R Us I was probably 10 years old so the world looked a little bigger then. :)

Went to get a birthday gift, and I was expecting a ghost considering all of the posts claiming it was "haunted AF." However, if there was any mournful moaning and rattling of chains, it was drown out by the cries and screams of children not getting what they wanted. The only scary thing here was the jacked up pricing of all ToysRUs stores, the bad parenting, and the typical understaffed environment. It gets two stars because the girl who was at the register was at least polite.

This store would benefit greatly from terminating their day shift manager. She announced over the walkie-talkie to the whole store, every customer could hear, how bad everyones numbers were and if they didnt do better they were going to get an unpleasant talking-to. Then she specified employees by name. Then she came out of her cave, spoke poorly of a Hispanic employee stating, "this girl needs to go somewhere." For shame!

XYZ ZYX

Tons and tons of toys that you could buy to amuse little kids for 1/2 an hour. I have news for you: all that is really required to entertain kids is a handful of sticks and rocks and their imagination. Unfortunately Toys R Us doesnt sell imagination. I still give Toys R Us 5-stars just because I like giving 5-stars.

Since I have been to this store I have completely stopped going to any ToysRus. Very arrogant and rude Manager/staff. No sense of customer service. They should have a training for their staff on customer service..I am completely against Toysrus gifts/giftcards. SAve yourself the agony by not going to this store..

Good variety. One star less because the item I liked was not in stock, only display was available. Edit: They redirected us to a store 15 miles away saying that they have three in stock. When we reached there, the other store did not have any. Waste of time and effort for us, and huge disappointment for my son.

You can get almost everything for your kids, newborn to teens, as with every other location of ToysRUs/BabiesRUs. Youll find items priced more than what you can get online from Amazon/Walmart etc. Good thing they have price match. Make sure to look for online price to avail this no matter what you buy.

I went in looking for a bike for my son. I found the staff to be fairly helpful. They took a few bikes off the rack for me until we found the right one. The price was ok and we were able to get help loading it in my smallish vehicle. Been going here for years and overall I have been pleased.

Its okay place. I like that s one so that one can get many varities under one roof. But it is very expensive. Like about 33% more than street price. Not really sure if people do price match and carry on or just get ripped off. Staff is mostly cheerful. And occasional games are boring.

This place has a warehouse feel to it, but at least its clean and doesnt smell of plastic like many you stores. I wish they were more like the Toronto Toys"R" Us, with warmer lighting. Toy selection is OK if what youre looking for is either generic or currently popular.

They refused to exchange one gift card with another. I wanted a different card with the right rounded off amount of cash in it. The store manager told me about "law" which prohibits it... But couldnt show it to me. Neither was it clear when such cards are bought.

I was with my granddaughter and we were having to lift heavy boxes, even when employees saw me struggling they didnt offer to help. At the register I didnt get an offer to help us to the car either. It was big and very heavy. I was saddened by that.

This is one of the worst Toys R Us I have been to in multiple countries over 2 continents. Its cramped and old and skanky, and you can easily wait 30 minutes to check out. My son loves it though, and he is the connoisseur, so 4*

Aisles often messy. Selection for action figures is weak and sometimes the staff can be rude. The manager at this store is very friendly and nice. Its just that every now and then we have to deal with a rude employee
