I made a special request to make a purchase on the sly to surprise a LEGO fan who was there. I needed it to be a surprise. I am a single mom on a very tight budget, with not one little bit of help, so I have to be creative to create surprises. The store manager said that it was fine, she said she could even have the item sent to mall services to be wrapped and I could pick it up there. Then she walked away. She left someone to help me who didnt know what I needed or how to accomplish it. She was organizing some LEGOS in a bin. He didnt know what to do so she had to come back and tell him that it could be done. He really didnt get it. It took longer than expected and he left the item out instead of bagging it. My LEGO fan, being a curious 8 year old saw the surprise. If she had just taken ownership from the beginning and saw it through it would have been great. I am pretty upset and called to let her know how her careless actions impacted our day. She said she was sorry I felt that way, but she had other customers who needed asistance. But she was not helping another customer. The store was not at all busy. She was poking around a bin, another employee was staking shelves No one was waiting for anything and when the person who was trying to help me couldnt figure it out she came back to the register without effecting another customer. She just didnt want to do it. When she said she was sorry for my experience. She didnt mean it. Frankly she could not have been less sorry. Now there will be no surprise under the tree. When you work in customer service, you take ownership, you follow through. She blew it. Then she blew me off.

Staff was super friendly, and know their Legos. This is the only reason I have the store 3 stars. Pick a brick was very disorganized. Buil a minifigure was a mess. Not a large selection of accessories were available. I asked about 3 different sets, 2 of which were on display in the store, all were out of stock. A fourth item I asked about was one you could get free if you spent over $99, it too was out of stock, no rain check. I decided to order online to get the free items. Plenty of star wars items though, if your into those logos youre good, they have tons.

Great selection of current Lego products but prepare for customer service overload, nothing like going into a store and 2 feet into the storefront and you are grilled on how you are doing, what you are looking for, how has your day been, anything I can help you find, tell me about your family history (not really last one) but you get the idea its rather annoying but if you need Lego this is the place

My kids live to venture through here. They have a fun kids table. Im a fan of the digital box. Lets the kids watch the possibilities of there Legos. Right next to the mall play area this store can be very crowded at times. Choose your visit time wisely. Have fun.

a nice store, feels a little bit cramped and hot in there though. the prices are a little high, but the place is nicely organized and really gets that childhood feeling going.

Legos! Be on the lookout for sales, and the clearance section. Often there are promotions, like getting an exclusive set for spending a certain amount on a purchase.

Always a fun store. Helpful staff. Sometimes products are sold out or not in Stock. VIP program is good. As always with Lego its very expensive.
