Ill start this review by saying I hate Gamestop. Decided to give this store a shot because there arent enough competing game stores and Im sick of Gamestop. Well the prices are higher, but its a mom & pops game store so I wasnt thrown off by the slight increase in price, what really threw me off was the terrible customer service. Ive got decent service from 2 guys up there but the owner and another one just made me decide Im better of going to the corporate game store. I purchased a ps3 controller from the store for $29.99, it was a knockoff, and when I found a dual shock 3 on CL for a few bucks a couple days down the road I decided to sell the controller back. There offer, a measly $3 store credit and $1.50 cash LMAO, oh and to add salt to the wound they talked about how its a knock off and had terrible battery life in my face, like they werent the ones who sold it to me. I took it to gamestop and got $15 bucks. I decided to give them one more shot and when i went back the owner was there, after listening to him rip some kid out of an extra buck or two, I decided to ask him about the controllers and let him know what I was told about them, he proceeded to pretend I was speaking a foreign language and thats how the cookie crumbles. I wont be shopping there again, if I want terrible customer service I could do better at gamestop. In their credit I will say they have a large amount of vintage video games and older systems, but they arent organized in any fashion and the whole store could use a couple days of reorganizing

You know, this place seems more like an Ebay charity house than a professional gaming store. I heard about them on the internet and was more than willing to give them a shot. I am a retro gamer who plays 30 year-old games for entertainment, as well as getting into the new. I enter the store, and I see mounds of disorganization left and right. All of the games were tucked into unlogical spaces, many of them with their labels missing. 1/3 of your newer Playstation 2 and Xbox games had stickers all over them, half of which STILL had their Gamestop pricing tags stuck on them. You know how easy it is to remove stickers? You spray some Windex on, wait 30 seconds, and then you peel them off; thats how! And with the labels, couldnt they just download them from a website somewhere? Label copies are easy to find, and they are identical labels too. As far as DVDs are concerned: yes, they do have a variety at relatively low prices. However, alot of the movies that are on sale are very old to begin with. Remember "George of the Jungle 2?" I sure do, that was a looooooong time ago. Gamers of all ages: leave this store for the birds.

Disregard the two previous posts since they are obviously disinformation from competing stores. This is A GREAT store for any gamer. They will buy your Atari games, your original Gameboy games (FYI you can buy an original Gameboy at this location, seen it) If it was ever attached to a joystick THEY WILL BUY IT. 10-15 bucks for an older game? why not? They didnt suck like most titles now-a-days anyways. If you are a hardcore OSG (old school Gamer) you will LOVE this place. I found a copy of Tales of Destiny II, Megaman X4, and Shadowhearts: Covenant here and walked out with them having spent less then 50 bucks. If you dont think thats awesome then you have no business playing video games.

Ive shopped here for the last 6-7 years and honestly the only bad thing about the store is its size, everyone is helpful and friendly, The only store I can honestly say ive gone just because I was bored and spent a few hours there. If you shop enough you get discounts, tons of movies new and old I think last time it was 2000 movies, Tons of games, new and old, sega ps1 snes nes, sure they might have some cheap controllers on display but isnt it your fault for not buying the actual one right next to it? mp3 players I pods , everything cheaper than Gamestop. Every now and again theyll have a buy 2 get 1 free or 10-20% off their games. no membership needed. All in all GREAT store.

I like to support small business. They have great customer service and knowledgeable employees. I will make this my first stop for purchasing BRAND NEW GAMES. Not the place to shop for used games. I have purchased more used games here that dont work then I have ones that do. I cant say if they test them before selling them or if they just dont care. They follow their 7 day exchange policy without a problem (I have exchanged plenty of games). There is still a high chance that game might not play either. Great customer service cheap prices but bad with used games. They need to be more picky about what games they buy from customers.

I just tried to call, and it rang for about 2 minutes straight with no pick up, so that all ready tells me about bad costumer service. I called again and again and the same thing just kept happening. I went in and was totally confused, and no one one help me out. I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A dying breed, the private buisness owner is. You gotta support these folks, and plus they got the best prices if you wanna buy games. I mean thats the purpose of retail anyway for us the consumer to buy not sell.

Guy doesnt bargain very well. Just called and wouldnt budge a dollar. I felt the prices were a bit low. If your selling you might try somewhere else. Otherwise, cant hate a game store!
