I had all my questions answered quickly by Employee Casey who didnt rush me, he took his time helping me with my transaction and questions. As I was leaving the store I forgot to get a case to protect my new handheld 3DS console. He immediately without hesitation politely stopped helping a guest and offered me a case that was in the process of being thrown away. I was ecstatic that I got to save a case from the dump and didnt have to spend additional money when I had already spent 269.97 dollars! Way to go the extra mile for a guest!

This place is great. I have been going to this gamestop since it opened and have always been treated with courtesy and respect. Their staff is knowledgeable when it comes to games in series and what would be other games to try along that genre. Even if I move to another part of my city I will still take the extra time to shop at this particular store.

The stuff i want are not there beacuse i need 2 roblox cards for 30 dollars and there were only 40 dollar ones... Every time i dont see something i need i get mad and just rage. GAMESTOP YOU NEED TO RESTOCK WHEN U RUN OUT OF STUFF ON THE SHELF RIGHT AWAY

Customer service there was top notch!!! Great salesman to.. Ended up buying a tin of stuff I wanted but didnt really want to buy and felt good after buying it.. Lol

Poor service. You have to force them to accept trade-ins. Most of the employees hear do not know what they are doing and refuse to help you.

Everyone there is amazing amazing customer service but I gave like 30 games and got $15 way to low but still had a great time

Prices are ok. The trade-ins are not worth it, just keep the game. But games go on sell real fast
