Came in for 2 boxes of ammo waited about 10 mins to get it. Which is no biggie, it can take some time when you are at the gun/ammo counter. The associate walked our boxes to the front register. The Asian girl at the register was helping another customer with his hunting pass and than proceeded with 2 more for the same thing in their group. Never once did she acknowledge the 6 people now waiting in line or call for anyone to come over and help her. As I walked around the store I saw 3 other employees doing absolutely nothing. Poor customer service!!! What should have been at 10-15 min encounter from start to finish ended up being almost 40 mins. Stay away from this Big 5!!!!

i have been to every Big 5 location in Sacramento and I choose to only go to the one on Mack road because their customer service is great compared to the other locations. Big 5 always has the best prices on sporting equipment and I would highly reccomend that you consider taking a look at what they have to offer if you havent been there yet.
