I specifically called ahead and confirmed that they had extended a sale that ended on Saturday. when i got to this location they informed me the sale ended yesterday and that i would have to pay regular price. i informed them of the person i spoke with and that they told me they extended the sale. but in the end they refused to lower the price. its sad because that was not the only item i was going to purchase and they would have sold plenty of extras. In the end go to a real sporting goods store as you will get better service and not be lied to.

Ive had some right ankle problems planting my foot after I perform right leg Muay Thai roundhouse kicks. Ill come down and feel pain now and again when I plant after a kick. I bought a pair of Mueller basic ankle wraps from Big 5 but they werent enough. I then bought a Level 2 Ace ankle figure 8 wrap from Big 5. I accidentally bought a small. I then exchanged it at Big 5 for a large. They werent bent out of shape about my exchange. Thank you.

Thug life moves within this store, they tried to sell me a pair of Fila s that mismatched plus one was a different color, stained, dirty, the customer service was poor, two reps ,then I drove to the store bought Filas that have been used on display ugh nd paid full price for it. I dont recommend.

Used to love coming here when i was a kid but this last time I was in here the guy in the hunting/ guns department was the rudest employee ive ever come into contact with. Im sure the rest of the employees are nice but this guy was mean enough to get me to leave the store and write this review..

Prices are outrageous on most stuff. I always wait for a coupon and buy my shoes here but thats about it. The shoe staff were attentive and helpful. Three stars based on prices alone.

Im from Utah and my mom was picking up a rifle that day, its not Big 5s fault that California gun laws suck. .. Im just glad you can buy guns period. good job Big 5!
